July 17-20 stay at Gravity Haus Jackson Hole. This was our first visit to The Grand Tetons, and it was a birthday wish for my daughter. Although the booking was pricey ($2,000+ for 3 nights), the location was ideal and reviews were promising. Overall, the stay was great, but I was disappointed in the hotel's quality. The space shows its age, with dingy paint and damaged decor. Our room had a swampy smell, missing artwork (one painting over a bed, not the other), and chipped furniture. Additionally, the noise was an issue, and what concerned me most was when someone attempted to open our door. When we called the front desk for assistance, they seemed bothered by our request. The parking situation was horrible - despite having a guest pass, we had to fight for parking and ended up parking far from the hotel, which felt unsafe, especially early in the morning and at night. While check-in staff and daytime concierge were friendly, the night attendant was rude and dismissive. Despite the location, which made it somewhat worthwhile, I wouldn't stay again due to these issues.
