  • Cute house with loads of character, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds. Awesome hot water pressure after long day of fishing or hiking. Cosy fireplace.
    Lovely front deck to sit and relax. Kayaks out back to paddle up a creek. Lovely spot for weekend getaways.

We loved staying in this charming Bach and were impressed with how well equipped the kitchen is. And of course the environs down to Jackson Bay offer so much to see and do.

Very homely vibe to the place, well set up with everything needed to be comfortable and nice and tidy. Great location to be exploring the Haast area

Great place to stay - fenced for the dog, and just a really peaceful and cool vibe. Perfect for a few days to explore the coast, rivers and forests of the area. Thanks for sharing your cosy bach - it really was, slept great, awesome location. Will definitely be coming back.

Excellent time and memories well set up

We enjoyed going back to the house after our daily excursions on the water or at the beach.We would rent it again if it’s available when we come back.

Great retreat

Beautiful house clean and had everything we needed. Loved the fire and that dogs are welcome are a real bonus for us.

Beautiful beach batch

Beautiful kiwi beach batch, beds super pleased, the host provided extra bug repellant which was a fantastic idea!

Relaxing.

Super cosy and ambient with the fire cranking. Native birds welcoming you with song as soon as you arrive sets the scene nicely for this chillaxed stay. Private and perfectly fenced, large space for kids and dog. Bach has everything you need and more. Comfy beds, crisp sheets. Host proactive.
