"No Wi-Fi or television cable at the property. Communication with “property manager” was completely poor. Doesn’t respond. Place could be much nicer if maintained properly. Chipped walls, broken glass, no paper towels or toilet paper. Wood flooring with tons of scratches and creeks. Only saving grace was the shower pressure and beds were fully clean. Gets the job done if ya need a few beds to crash on but don’t expect much otherwise"

"We loved our stay here. We brought our toddler and 2 teenagers and everybody had a great time. The location is incredible, just steps from the beach and a few mins walk to all the rides on boardwalk. Even tho it was so close to boardwalk the cottage was super quiet and peaceful. The beds were really comfy. The whole place was spotless and the hosts were very accommodating. It comes with beach passes too which was handy for our family of 5. Highly recommend staying here. We will def be back next...
