"The apartment was very nice and clean. Great location and we were able to get a free street parking spot a few doors down from the building. The only issue was the wrong access code for the building was sent via a message. After trying it multiple times I checked my email and a different code was sent after the checkin time. "

"When booking the property, I specifically asked that we (2 guests) are provided an extra bedding as we prefer sleeping warm. We were never provided it, despite multiple follow-ups with the manager (who even promised we would get it). ´ Also, the website indicates regular cleaning and during 1 week stay, the apartment was neither cleaned nor have we received fresh towels, toilet paper etc. We were explained by the manager that regular means once a week. The room was on the ground floor, on a...
