"El hotel no es malo, ni feo, ni incomodo, y esta bien situado, pero tiene una serie de carencias graves: - incapacidad del personal del hotel para orientarte con como ir a hacer excursiones, ir a efeso, etc. su unica solucion propuesta es tomar un taxi. no son siquiera capaces de explicar como ir en transporte publico - tampoco saben recomendar visitas en la propia ciudad y mejores formas de moverse por ella, sitios de cenar, etc - nivel de ingles del personal del hotel muy pobre - room service...

"It was a good experience, and one choice to be considerer if I will come back to Izmir someday. The hotel's location is near to the shopping, restaurants, and marina area. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and the bed was confortable. The gentleman of reception who atended me in check in at night was kind and helpful. He spoke english with american accent. The lady of reception in the morning was kind too in check out. "
