Espectacular

La estancia fue maravillosa. La atención de todo el personal, empezando por Jade, Luis es jardinero, Ana la señora de limpieza, Brandon el chef y el personal de seguridad, todos amables, atentos y educados. El lugar muy bien mantenido, súper equipado y con una vista maravillosa. Definitivamente uno de los mejores lugares donde nos hemos quedado! Y si nos los permiten, volveremos! Carlos el propietario muy atento y siempre pendiente. Tuvimos unas maravillosas vacaciones, que en tan lindo lugar se antojaron cortas. Muchas gracias

The host was very welcoming as were all the staff. The condo Serenity is beautiful, the outside spaces large enough that we felt as though we spent all of our time in the open air. Indeed, the airflow with the fans was enough that I didn't use the air conditioning at all.The view is spectacular. We cooked at home a lot and the kitchen had everything you would want, including a great oven. Being on the common pool level was a bonus, it felt like our own private pool and the bbq was closely. This is a very special place to stay in Zihua!

This apartment is absolutely GORGEOUS!! We loved our time there and would return in a heartbeat. The place is just as lovely as the photos suggest. It is so comfortable, has so many places to hang out and enjoy warmth, sunsets, reading, relaxing, eating, whatever you want to do. And it has literally everything you need. So beautifully and well stocked.

We had the most amazing time here! The whole space was even better than the photos and Carlos and the staff onsite were very helpful and responsive. We absolutely loved the private outdoor space of our unit and the sunsets and views were incredible. The common area spaces were also lovely. Carlos made our honeymoon trip very special with having some champagne ready at our arrival as well, and included a great detailed guide of the area which was very helpful. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

AMAZING EVERYTHING

Look no further if you're looking for an incredible, scenic, well appointed home with a patio to die for! Infinity pool is just outside the front door as well. Quiet, peacful serenity is how we describe this perfect home in Zihuatanejo ❤️. We came to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Zihuatanejo after a trip inland Mexico in Guanajuato, which was also amazing. Carlos is a GREAT host! Always responds quickly with answers to questions and with several staff on site, our needs were always met, and with a smile and generous spirit. This home is nothing short of FABULOUS! We look forward to coming again and again! The beds, both King size were extremely comfortable. The furniture was all comforable! The woodwork - gorgeous and the art and tastefulness was Extrodinary! A quick 5 minute walk to La Ropa Beach where you'll find eateries, and more eateries, massages, local shops and gorgeous views from the house and beach. Taxis to town were about 70 pesos and quick whenever we needed. Just a perfect place! By far our favorite place we've stayed in, and we've stayed in places all over the world. Thank you Carlos, for offering such a treat to travelers wanting to experience a high quality home!

Everything about our trip was perfect. Communication with Carlos was prompt and accurate, the property was perfect and we were looked after by the rental manager Jade during our stay. We had a perfect stay and can’t recommend it highly enough.

Heavenly

Fantastic property! The lodging was our vacation… meaning we could have just stayed in Casa 1 the entire time and would have still enjoyed the trip. You can hear the waves crash on Playa del Ropa and see them from the room. The beds were comfy (although the linens were pretty scratchy and undesirable). The property owner (Carlos) was very accommodating, the service staff was great and responsive… but if I was looking for something to complain about, I found the property manager to be a bit daft and not great at her job. Never saw her again afte the first day so all was great. Zihuatanejo, was incredible. We are like royalty for about 35 bucks a meal for two. I wish my Spanish was better, but the people worked with us and were super friendly. In short… We can’t wait to come back!

25th anniversary celebration.

Great property. Great experience. The walk to the beach was about 7 minutes down a very steep hill. We did the walk back to the property several times but occasionally we took a cab. Cab service to and from the property was cheap and very efficient. Security and housekeeping was great. Restaurants within walking distance were fantastic. For the nights where we made our own meals, the common area was perfect. The view of the sunset from the property was incredible. We are very pleased with the stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

A dream come true

We cannot say enough about this place. It is heaven on earth. From the staff’s prompt and thorough communication and detailed care, the luxury of casa 1 and the grounds, the incredible view and then to the surrounding beach town with all the venues and wonderful hospitality from the locals, this was a dream come true for me and my husband! We both vowed to make this a yearly trip! Thank you Carlos, Ana, jade, Carlos, ausgustin, Esteban! This trip and the time we spent here was life-changing!

Paradise

The serenity Casa 1 was absolutely beautiful, and the views were breath taking from every corner. From one of the bedrooms it allowed you to see the ocean, and with the doors open you could fall asleep to the sound of the waves. There is A/C available in the bedrooms, but we found that it was more than comfortable to leave the doors open and the breeze was sufficient. The kitchen is more than well equipped for making your own meals. A coffee pot ( yeah brewed coffee😃😃) The staff were absolutely amazing and were there to help you with anything you needed. Jade was so sweet and made check in fun! We were even able to get in a little earlier than check in. Even if that wasn’t the case - our bags were looked after and we had the use of the common area while we waited. We absolutely would stay here again. So much so that I have already booked our next stay ! Thank you Carlos and to all the staff for an amazing 1st stay in Zihautanejo

Gorgeous condo in great location

Serenity 1 in the Ensueno 10 condo complex exceeded our high expectations. Spacious indoor and outdoors with plenty of areas to lounge. View of the bay is spectacular in this convenient location above Zihuatanejo's best beach, La Ropa. Carlos the owner and his administrator were always available and accommodating. We had Carlos' recommended chef in one evening and the meal and presentation was high end restaurant quality. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to return.

Standout Accommodation

Absolutely no detail has been overlooked here. This home is a 10+. The photos online are wonderful ... they still do not compare to the reality. The staff is attentive and communicative. Jade provides professional and immediate assistance with just about anything. Augustin, and Ana were exceptional as well; as is the host Carlos. Beautiful property, well-appointed, lovely decor, extremely well stocked with anything you might need. Gorgeous sunset views, easy to walk to beach and many, many restaurants. Property Manager Jade was terrific - gracious, responsive, warm and very helpful. Truly a heavenly retreat for us! Weather and sea temperature was perfect every day!
