"Great staff, great ambience"

"The spa was closed for the entire duration of our stay. The microwave, fridge, and lights in the guest toilets and the second bedroom ensuite were not working. When I escalated these issues, staff assured me they would be fixed the next day, but nothing was done. I ordered food through the kitchen service, but the order was sent to another room by their own error. "This is an immaculately cleaned hotel. That’s what is most impressive to me. Inside the rooms and the grounds are well kept. Breakfast service offered a variety of food and drinks to choose from. The bar area is very nice with lively music playing in a clean and relaxing environment!"

I give Grace, the Manager, 2 thumbs up for her professional conduct, her patience with me, as well as her trust in me even in the face of uncertainty getting paid due to communication issues...
