We were all so impressed with our stay. It is so spacious and comfortable. The kids loved the splash pad! As a mom I really appreciate the high chairs, pack n plays and wagon/stroller in the property. We did bring our own but it is nice that they have them for those who can’t travel with all of their baby gear. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to St. George!

Spring Break

Took the family to St George and stayed here. The house was brand new, and had access to awesome pools. Lots of thoughtful touches (tooth paste in bathrooms, shampoo, soap, etc.). TVs everywhere, which was a hit with the kids for movie nights. We felt at home. Close to lots of outdoor adventures. Our son couldn’t stop picking activities from a fun custom adventure guide book that the host prepared with QR codes.We had a wonderful time.

Family Getaway

This was a perfect house for our multi family vacation. We love to cook together so we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Having an upstairs and downstairs living room was great when the kids wanted to hang out together. The lazy river and community pools are always a hit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Spring Break getaway

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. We loved the pools, pickle ball courts, and nearby golf/hiking. It was a great area close to everything we wanted to do. Each family had their own bathroom and the kids loved the bunk beds and dinosaur mural. We had a great time!

Amazing house!!

The house is beautiful, spacious, and very well equipped. We did not lack for a single amenity or kitchen tool. When we ran out of dish soap, I messaged the owner to let him know for the next guest. He immediately called me and remedied the problem. We loved all the extra supplies provided, like beach towels, pool toys, laundry detergent, and a vacuum. The kids loved the game closet and spent lots of time at the pools. The beds were fantastic - so comfortable! We also had lots of fun playing ping pong. We would absolutely stay at this property again!! Shane is so kind, responsive, and great to work with. Easily the best vacation rental experience we have had. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Beautiful setting for a family vacation!

Beautiful home! Loved all the bathrooms and master bedrooms! The pack n play came in handy for the 17 month old. The large kitchen table and spacious island were great for eating in after a long day of hiking! We even ate outside a couple of evenings (celebrated my husbands birthday) and the weather and views were amazing! The kitchen has everything you will need and more. My granddaughters loved the pools! Tons of beach towels to use. HARMONS Grocery is wonderful and only a couple minutes away. Lots of parking at the house! Apppreciated the washer and dryer for our stinky hiking clothes. 😁 This house is great! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

We had a great time at this property, we've stayed at The Village at Zion many times and it never disappoints. We were in town for a wedding, and this accomodated us all very well. Late on our last night at the property I was informed that some little cousins had snuck a can of root beer upstairs to the bunk room and it unfortunately spilled soaking sheets, the mattress cover and even onto the mattress. I was already at the wedding and so my husband threw the sheets and cover into the wash and did what he was able with the mattress. We were required to pay insurance at booking, and were contacted by them letting us know the mattress needed to be replaced, and dealing with them has been a pretty slick process, so I'm grateful for that. Accidents happen, so I'm grateful for insurance!!

Great stay, great location

We stayed during July and the pools were a nice place to cool down. The house was very comfortable and spacious. Perfect for our group of 18. Communication with owner was great and all went smoothly. Would recommend and stay again.

Reunion location

We loved this location!! It had a well furnished kirchen which was vital for our family because of so many food allergies. We loved the splash pad and swim park. Bathroom for every room was a definite plus! They had activity accessories that we could use in the pool and scooters e.t.c. It was great! Our whole family loved the place!!

Great Stay in Santa Clara

We had a great stay - the neighborhood is full of rentals and is pretty busy. Home was huge! We had plenty of room to spread out and loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom. Splash pad in the backyard was equally fun. We checked in about 2 hours after check in time and it was still being cleaned which was a minor inconvenience but communication with the hosts was immediate and they were great to answer any questions. A few negatives to have a fully transparent and honest review. Carpet is desperately in need of being switched out and couches could be cleaned - they have stains from previous renters. Sheets could also use an upgrade - they are basic. This property is used as a short term rental and I'm sure it is full most of the time - it is just time to do a few upgrades/maintenance to it to make future stays more enjoyable for the money that is being spent to stay here.

Beautiful and excellent location

This is a great choice for families with all aged kiddos. Pool and hot tub. Splash pad. The owners have provided everything. Bike trails abound!
