The house was nice and clean. Exactly as described. There were a few minor things that caused issues, like the Wi-Fi was probably the worst Wi-Fi that I have used in recent memory. It would cut out repeatedly and was ridiculously slow. There was also no garage door opener so we had to keep getting out of our car and running and closing the garage door. Every time we came and went, which is not a big deal, but would be helpful to have one.

Great Home for a family getaway

We were in town for my sons Baseball tournament, this was a nice home to kickback and relax after a long day at the ballpark, the kids loved the community pool and hot tub.

Perfect getaway house

This was our ultimate get away house. We loved the community the house was in and loved how kid friendly the pool / community water park was. We will definitely be booking again for another vacation

Paradise Get-Away

This is our second stay at a location in Paradise Village and the pools are a wonderful perk. The kids loved the pools so close to the condo. It is a great location with beautiful, scenic views.

Family fun for all ages.

Very roomy with plenty of bathrooms (much needed with our girls only getaway!). Kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies and appliances. The whole place could have used a good dusting before we came, but otherwise it appeared clean. Beds were quite comfortable and there were more than enough linens for bedrooms and towels for each bathroom.

We will be back!

This place deserves a 15 on a scale from 1 to 10 for location and luxury! This beautiful home had everything I needed, proximity to beautiful national parks, amazing state parks, hiking trails, biking trails, wonderful restaurants, shopping, and local sites. I can’t say enough about the views from the comfy balcony. The house was amazingly furnished and had plenty of sleeping options in very comfortable beds and very, very helpful hosts!

Awesome but one complaint

This was a absolutely amazing and clean stay, my only complaint would be the notes next to the thermostat saying we can’t turn the thermostat lower than 71 degrees “or else the pipes will freeze and fixing is at the renters expense.” We had all ceiling fans on at night and still got hot. I think the rule (threat) was kind of rude to the renters/tenants…. Because why can’t we be comfortable at the temperature we like? Because they don’t want their bill to go up? Other then that I have no complaints, beautiful and clean place.

Just right reunion!

We gathered friends from high school to celebrate our 60th birthdays. This condo was perfect for us and accommodated all of our needs. Communication with renters was good and we didn’t lack for anything or have any problems. We’ll definetly look into renting here again 😁

Great location, beautiful home

The home is beautiful and spacious. It was very clean and well stocked. The location is amazing, near snow canyon and st. George. There is a Harmons grocery store just a minute away. The bunk room with trundle was a great space for our kids and the basketball hoop was such a fun addition. The only request I’d leave is to please WD-40 the upstairs beds or tighten them in some way. They made a lot of noise with every small movement which makes it hard to sleep. Besides that, the mattresses were very comfortable and the house overall was very well kept. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect house for a ladies weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet (except for a little base from the neighbors music). The space was perfect for the 7 adults we had there. People could be involved in the games we were playing or could disappear and curl up with a good book or movie. The bunk bed mattresses weren’t the best but were bearable and everything else was super comfortable. Sheets and towels provided was a huge plus. The hosts were prompt with their communications and plans and we had no issues or confusion. If I have the chance I’d love to go back again. .

Short but fabulous Santa Clara stay

We just returned from a short but wonderful stay at Paradise Village in Santa Clara. This property was exactly what we hoped it would be and suited our needs perfectly. It was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. Our group was seven adults and we loved having a king sized bed for each couple and the fact that each bedroom was ensuite. The kitchen was well-appointed, although we didn't really use it for much. After enjoying a play at Tuachan, and a short but wonderful hike in Snow Canyon the next morning, we were happy to spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool and appreciated the pool towels in the laundry room cupboard. Paradise Village is a great location for theater goers and hikers alike. We also appreciated the very close proximity to Harmon's grocery store. We ran in and grabbed what we needed as we headed to the condo, filled up with gas at the same time, and never had to worry again. We would definitely stay in this exact spot again!

GREAT!

This home had plenty of room for our group. The grandkids (and adults) loved the pool areas that were easy to get to. The grandkids cried when we had to leave so we will definitely be coming back. We did not experience any problems during our stay and check in and out is very easy.
