Fantastic Community

This house was a terrific value and the community is great. The kids loved the pools, pickleball courts right behind the community, and the great stores and grocery blocks away. It’s central to all the stuff we wanted like Snow Canyon. Having so many bathrooms and beds gave us plenty of room to spread out. The only thing that needs some help are some of the dishes were in bad shape - melted spatulas with plastic flaking off, pans with non-stick coating chopping off, etc. some minor replacements needed there. The dishwasher also had some exposed metal sections on the basket wiring. We alerted owner and sent pictures for future addressing. I handwashed during our stay and still consider the property a great value even with the inconvenience which I’m sure they’ll address.

Trip to St George

This stay was amazing. Everything so organized and easy to follow. Perfect place to stay with plenty of room and very clean. Had everything we could ask for. We had a great time. At the end we left, but our grandson realized he had left his toy at the house. The owner programmed the lock to let us back in and get the toy. That was so nice when they didn’t have to do that! Thanks for the stay.

Perfect Weekend in St George

Our 13 year old son had a baseball tournament in St George, this property was perfect, close to the fields, restaurants, grocery, and only minutes away from I-15, beds were comfortable, plenty of linens, cook ware, towels for the pool, nice TV’s and WiFi availability. The private hot tub is icing on the cake! Look forward to our next visit.

Great little family and friend get away!

We loved every thing about the gathering place! Beautiful home with all the amenities. You can tell they have put thought into what families with children need. Lots of information is provided throughout the home. The couches, beds, and patio furniture is comfortable.

Fun Family Get Away

This is our 3rd year staying in this community, so we can compare it to others in the area. I have to say that overall this was a great property for big families, especially those with young children. There was a big common space where the kids could hang out, play video games, games, or watch movies. There was plenty of comfortable beds for everyone to choose from. The open living space made it fun for everyone to be together. We all had a great time, and thank you very much for your hospitality.

This house was perfect for our family . We will definitely stay here again. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook. Water park was within walking distance however, the little ones were to tired after swimming and playing in the sun to walk back.

Begining to summer

This house was perfect and so clean and so much fun for kids and adults. It was the perfect walking didtance to both pools. And its only like 10 min drive to Tuhacan. We cant wait to come again next year

fun get away

We had a great time at the Gathering Place. Location is great. However This property is tired. The climbing wall is very dirty and the mats that are suppose to go under it are also very dirty. The high chair was disgusting! We had to scrap it with a knife to clean it so our grandchild could sit in it. There were cobwebs in the corners! Our socks were black from walking in the place. The location and the set up of the place is fantastic! We all just felt that a little more attention to cleanliness detail would make it an even better experience. That said we had a great time!

Gathering place was a great place to gather.

We had a great vacation. Adult children and grandchildren. (9,7,and 5) We love the pools at Paradise Village and the deck at this unit at sunset was beautiful. (Late September stay). We cooked everyday and found the kitchen well stocked and clean.

Very clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hot tub was so enjoyable with no back neighbors. The pools were a short walk away. The beds were way comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. Family Fin!

When we got to the property 2 hours after check in, the house was in the middle of being cleaned with no one to be found. Laura was prompt at texting back, found the cleaners and paid for our dinner to get us out of the cleaners’ hair. It’s difficult managing vacation rentals and Laura made it right! Perfect house for a big family, we really loved the bunk beds in the second living room. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, beds were comfy, 2 fridges helped a ton! My only complaint is the floors could have been made a little cleaner - all of our feet were black.

Really great property!

The check in was seamless. The house was everything the listing said it was going to be. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The amenities were short walking distance. Fun for all ages. All the appliances worked perfect didn't have any reason to contact the host because everything was great. Definitely will be staying here again when we go to St George.

It was Perfect!

This is a wonderful VRBO! Large house very clean, excellent location and neighborhood. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Just a wonderful experience. We loved the hot tub and ping pong. Our older kids loved going to the pool and the younger kids loved the triple bunk beds. Santa Clara is a smaller community minutes from St George. Would absolutely go back! No complaints at all.
