Just FUN!

We loved staying here! Very clean and so many things to do. We attended the yoga class, rented the E-Bikes, and enjoyed the pool. We would definitely recommend it.

Family Trip!

It was wonderful to have the whole family under one roof and in such a beautiful home. We never had to leave the property because there was so much to do at the resort. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the pool was enjoyed by the kids and adults and the house was as very well set up to entertain. We want to make this an annual trip.

This was my second time and I'll totally be back!

This was my 2nd time at this exact property and it was just as wonderful. The rugs and carpet were quite a bit more worn and looked like they badly needed to be replaced/thoroughly cleaned in places but otherwise everything was a 10 out of 10.

Great location for large group

Large family reunion (2 parents, 9 kids + their spouses, 20 grandkids) coming from 8 cities in 4 states. Rented 2 homes side by side directly across from clubhouse and pool/lazy river. Home(s) were perfect for our various needs, layout of home with en suite bathrooms, etc. were perfect. Close to grocery store and several restaurants. Love the how St. George vibe with Snow Canyon, other hikes, etc. Zero problems, would rent this unit again.

The Family that Plays together, Stays together :)

We noticed on line a few weeks before our booked dates that the current price per night was $100.00 less on both Vrbo & Arcadia. We reached out to have this looked at & adjusted. We had booked 7 months prior. They were unwilling to accommodate us. Very disappointed in their managements tone & lack of customer service when speaking to them in person! Despite the poor interaction, we had a wonderful time together & really liked this resort. Probably won't book 7 months early again because it cost us more in the long run !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Unit 27. It was right across from the club house and pool. The pool was amazing and we had a lot of fun in the lazy river and slide. The best part was that it was heated and at night it was blue and you could see the steam rising off it. They had a weight room and Game Center upstairs. The unit itself was very large and spacious. Everyone had fun playing pool and air hockey upstairs in the family area. Each room had a Bathroom. The only draw back was the bedding on the twin bunks. It was like a sleeping bag that was attached to the bed and open at the end with no ther blankets in it. The other bedrooms were great. They all had king beds with sheets and blankets. I hope at some point they switch the sleeping bag things out for actual bedding on the twins. Other than that it was perfect.

Incredible Rental Experience

We loved our stay at Arcadia. This rental was super clean, beautiful and comfortable. We were right across the street from the pool house which made going back for naps, food, whatever so easy. Would stay here again!

Phenomenal Stay and Experience!

Very happy overall with the experience with Arcadia. They were a little bit difficult to get ahold of prior to my stay and the property access instructions were not in my VRBO account but everything else was pretty much top to bottom amazing. Not nearly enough mugs in the kitchen and short a couple of other utensils and needed items but the home was absolutely beautiful and meticulously cleaned and had plenty of space for everyone. The experience was just as the listing had described.

Perfect for the occasion

We have rented various vacation properties through the years and this one was well stocked, including extra toilet paper and hairdryers in each bathroom. Plus, our daughter-in-law loved the mattress in their room. Communication with the property management was excellent. Our family enjoyed the property including the clubhouse/gym facilities and the pool. The location was close to Snow Canyon hiking trails, Tuacahn, and a grocery store.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of four stayed in unit 27 for a week over the Fourth of July holiday. The house was amazing! The floor plan was perfect for families with the master and a second bedroom downstairs and 3 others upstairs along with a huge bonus room. Kitchen was beautiful and well appointed! The pool/water park was a huge hit with the kids. Overall, we loved staying here! Perfect home base for day trips for hiking, canyoneering and boating!

This resort is Amazing!

The location, resort and home are wonderful. It is as described and is roomy for a large family. The home was visibly clean, bathrooms and kitchen but the floors, furniture, oven, BBQ, patio were not. I contacted the resort housekeeping and they sent someone but I was not there to oversee, they just ran the mop over the main areas. See my review for Arcadia for details.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location right in front of the clubhouse! Nice place, plenty of room! Wish the bedrooms had ceiling fans! Very HOT at night! Advertised with a pool table, but there was no pool table when we got there?! 2 of the TV's did not work and when I asked the front desk for help, they told me it was the owners problem and they would see what they could do. Never got fixed during our week long stay. Communication from arcadia was poor. Never got welcome email with instructions. Did not know that I had to go check out a garage door opener from the clubhouse. Clubhouse people told us the ping pong paddles were broken, 15 minutes later we saw another group get the paddles from clubhouse and go play?? Overall, great home and great amenities. I'd stay again, but I would lower my expectations.

This Would Have Been 5 Stars

Unfortunately the lazy river and water slide were closed during our stay. That was not disclosed prior. Other than that everything was great and we would definitely consider staying here again. The unit has a great layout and is furnished nicely with everything you might need.
