The location was perfect! The pictures don't do justice to the actual property. It is lovely and so spacious! We were in Santa Clara for my son's wedding and the property fit our needs perfectly. It was the perfect place to prepare for the wedding and then to unwind after the ceremony. Our 4 grandchildren loved the pools. My husband and I and our 3 other married children each had a bedroom with a private, large bathroom-that was so awesome! In addition to the 4 bathrooms, the two 1/2 baths made getting 18 of us ready for the wedding easy. Our son and his friend were able to sleep on the pull out sofas upstairs and have the 1/2 bath for their needs. The outdoor entertaining spaces as well as the huge dining/living and the extra living room upstairs were perfect for our large group. We enjoyed both the pool area right by our place, and the Kids Cove. The only downside is we wanted to be there longer and we did have plans for a fire pit Friday night but the fire pit was out of propane and they weren't able to provide a replacement to for us. Next time I'll know to check when we first check in. The large kitchen accommodated our needs perfectly and since we ate all but one meal there it was nice that there was so much counter, pantry, and seating space. The large widows kept everything open and light and the shades were easy to close for privacy. Parking was easier than other properties we've stayed at and there were parking spots close to our unit as well as street parking.

House is nice and location was good for us. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances, including a crockpot.We didn’t use the pool as we stayed in February and it was a bit chilly, but the proximity of the house to pool is great and would be awesome in the spring/summer especially if you have kids. The house is close to the volleyball and pickle ball courts, but not too close that the sound is a nuisance. Our teens enjoyed the Xbox in the upstairs living area. Living areas are large and comfortable. The oversized couches and kitchen tables are great additions and the house is clean and decorated nicely. Ping pong table was a nice touch and helped keep my teens entertained.BBQ is connected to natural gas so no worries about running out of propane, but some of the grates seem rusted & grill brushes should be replaced. Propane for the fire pit was empty and igniter was either broken or needed batteries, so we couldn’t use that, unfortunately.Fitness center was disappointing as it only had 3 pieces of cardio equipment and no weights. The two main bedrooms upstairs were HOT, despite a separate thermostat. Could benefit from black out drapes in bedrooms to help with the heat and morning light. Microwave works, but you have to push the door further once closed, otherwise light stays on and turntable continues to spin, even though door seems shut.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Thanks for hosting!

Great property for a family or set of families. Plenty of space to spread out and with it only being steps from the pool was a huge plus. For pets there is a massive lawn area to throw a ball and get some exercise. Will definitely stay her again!

The house was beautiful, clean ,spacious, well equipped, it had everything we needed for cooking. It had lots of activities to keep the kids busy. There was plenty of open spaces for the dog. The pool was great. Would definitely come back.

Property is nice. Check in procedures a little vague tho (location of the key pad). Location of garage door opener not given in welcome book. Pleather sofa flaking with pieces behind sectional. Had to contact for a leaky toilet & response by maintenance was in 5 minutes! Totally impressed!

One of the dirtiest properties we have ever stayed in. Not the fault of general housekeeping but rather lack of maintenance. Carpets were filthy. Main level patio was so dirty we didn't go outside although the weather was rather nice. Cold air return for ventilation was so caked with dirt, dust and grime, it's a wonder we had any A/C. Note said do not turn below 73 due to freezing of pipes. Proper cleaning might eliminate those issues.

Family Reunion

This property has great rooms for all of us to have our separate bathrooms and a great kitchen so we could prepare most of our meals there for our week stay. The first night we found out the upper air conditioner was not kicking on and about 10:00 P.M. I text them and they responded immediately and were ready to come over that night but I was OK with the next day. They were over the exact time we scheduled and had it diagnosed and fixed in 20 minutes. Great response time. The rooms are all super quiet, I did not hear anybody else in the house when we were sleeping!

Family trip

Great place to stay. This is our second time staying at this house. It’s the perfect location. Lots of room to hang out together or spread out throughout the house. Close to stores and restaurants. It’s a nice safe area for a family to stay and play. We hope to visit again!

Great house, great location, very comfortable

We loved everything about the layout of this house. It was clean and easy to get in. The communication with the property manager was great! It was perfect for family, friends and our dog. Great open space inside for playing card games and spending time together. Plus being so close to the pool was awesome for the kids. Our only complaints: 1. As previously mentioned, the dishwasher didn't work so we had to hand wash everything 2. There was a flood in the upstairs bathroom that leaked into the kitchen, but we called the management team and they came over on a Saturday night to check it out 3. The igniter on the fire pit doesn't work 4. We had to fix one of the bikes but that was easy and it was really fun biking around the neighborhood and park. Overall, great experience.

Never received a key to access the pool

Beautiful home, but we had a few issues with dirty water in showers and tubs. Also we Never received a key from the property management company which was promised, so we could not access the pools. Fireplace and grill did not work either. We also did not receive check in information until 30 minutes prior to arrival which was a little stressful.

Great property, minor issues

The property is great. So is the community and it's amenities. Minor complaints are with cleaning. Property was mostly cleans but carpets badly need to be cleaned. Visible stains and feet were dirty after walking barefoot on carpets for short time. Also, cleaners didn't replace liquid hand soaps, they had all been refilled/topped off with water. Management was ok for checking in and out and questions regarding that but could have responded quicker and didn't address any questions or issues with property when told about them. The outside patio misters didn't work and we were told twice during our stay that someone would come look at it and they never came. Other than that, the property and community were awesome. Would stay here again, they just need to have the carpets cleaned and also be better at responding and following up.

Utah’s Best Vacation Rental is the worst!!!!

Property was falling apart. On arrival I was required to document damages and fill out paperwork!?!?! Send emails!?!?!? What??? On my vacation! Did so to protect myself from liability. Shorted a bed bc pullout was broke. Furniture was so old uncomfortable and falling apart. Bunk beds squeaked so bad kept kids awake. Gross stained dirty old carpet. So cheap if u forgot to avoid the tack strip u’d get stabbed in the foot! Never again staying at a property through Utah’s Best Vacation Rental!!!

Family Weekend Getaway

This location was perfect for our weekend away and an evening at Tuachan. The family enjoyed the pool that was right outside our door, so convenient. The home is spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Awesome Rental!

This rental was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. 19 people in our group, 9 adults & 10 children, 5-17. Everyone had so much fun, pool in our backyard, big kitchen with all the essentials & 2 big family sitting areas. We’d definitely stay here again.

Awesome house for a family vacation!

We had such a great time here. Location to the main pool was incredibly convenient and the water slide pool was a quick walk down the street. The house was really clean and so much space to vacation with family and friends.

Great time with family!

Great location next to the pool! We had so much fun and appreciated the large kitchen and living areas for our big family group. It was also great to be near Tuachaun and some fun bike trails.
