Perfect location by the beautiful lake ! Easy to attend a graduation at Anderson University. Close to IGA & restaurants in Iva,SC.Will look for an excused to comeback to this home!! Extra provisions made our stay very comfortable, especially the nice beds.

What a gem! Beautiful, peaceful property on the lake with access to kayaks and fishing. Conveniently close to town. Communication with host Kathy was great. She made us feel very at home with her welcome book and the t-shirts and coozies were so fun. Time spent on the large deck was so enjoyable. We are in love with this place and cannot wait to book it again for next year.

We stayed at Kathy’s place for a family reunion/birthday celebration. The place was perfect for what we needed and we will always have wonderful memories of our time here together! The views of the lake are absolutely wonderful and so peaceful! The T-shirts and koozies were the icing on the cake!

Beautiful place with everything you need. Great location and access to lake. We were there for my daughters wedding at Heyward Manor, Very close to venue and quiet and relaxing very nice for wedding stress. Easy check in- host great I Highly recommended

Amazing getaway

This property is incredible for large families. There was so much space in the house and the set up is just incredible to be able to hang out with your family and friends while also have a nice quiet place to sleep.

Awesome stay again

This is our second stay at this property. It is perfect for our expanding family. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It had everything we needed. Located in a quiet cove that was great for swimming. Kayaks were available for the more adventurous to explore the lake. We are ready to book again!

Great house on the lake. Communication with the owner was great! We rented this house for a weekend trip to the mine to dig for crystals. It was very close to that as well as a grocery store for all of our necessities. We would definitely rent again if we are in the area.

Weekend at the Lake

My husband & I rented this house on the Lake for ourselves and some friends while we were in the area for our college reunion. As it turned out, only my husband and myself ended up staying in the house for the weekend. We were very comfortable here and enjoyed the views of the Lake.

Family Thanksgiving Trip

We can’t say enough about our stay at the Lake. It was plenty big enough for our family of 11, Kitchen is outfitted with everything you need and lake access was tremendous. We spent most days on the back patio enjoying wildlife and family games. The town of Iva is a quaint spot and Abbeville is only 20 minutes away and full of history and a great downtown. You can’t miss with staying here!
