Volvería muchas veces !
Es mi segunda estadía en este maravilloso hotel . El lugar donde está ubicado , la vista desde la terraza en el desayuno , la atención del personal y las habitaciones son toda una experiencia . Volvería de todas maneras muchas veces ! En esta oportunidad fui con mi familia y estuvimos en 3 habitaciones. Lo único molesto fue que la nuestra está frente a un generador que hace bastante ruido todo el día

Muy buena relación en calidad y precio.
El hotel es cómodo, moderno y está bien ubicado, un refugio dentro del bullicio de la zona. Creo que no seria muy recomendable para personas con problemas de movilidad.

Suites excelentes: grandes, espaçosas, bem decoradas, silenciosas e bem no centro da cidade, a apenas 3 minutos da Istiklal. Pessoal da recepção e do pequeno-almoço extremamente gentil e profissional. Pena não haver qualquer restaurante ou bar, o único ponto negativo a destacar.

Excellent hotel in Beyouglu area. Large and modern rooms and delicious breakfast in a terrace with an amazing view. The staff were very helpful. The only minor detail is that the hotel is located in the middle of a steep hill and access at night is a bit difficult due to access controls. I would definetly come back to this hotel in Istanbul.

Excelente hotel!!!
La verdad que es un hotel boutique hermoso. Y el estar pendientes en las necesidades de los huespedes lo tornan altamente recomendable. El desayuno es muy rico y la atención de su camarero Fuat 10 puntos!!. Nos ofrecieron una habitación para descansar cuando ya habíamos realizado el check out porque nuestro avión salía en la madrugada!.

El secreto mejor guardado...
El hotel es hermoso, pequeño, sin bullicio, muy bien ubicado y con una vista bastante agradable desde el restaurante ubicado en el último piso del edificio. El personal fue muy atento y servicial. Nuestra habitación (suite) enoooorme, con recibidor, closet, sala, recámara y baño amplísimo. Disfrutamos mucho los desayunos, con opciones turcas y también huevos, fruta, pan. Definitivamente volvería a este hotel.

Maravilloso hotel en todos los sentidos. We had a great stay ( 5 nights), everything was perfect. The hotel is situated in a very quiet street, which is rare in Istanbul. Breakfast was outstanding, the service impeccable (a big thank you to the two gentlemen that looked after us)and the views are amazing. 家族４名、２部屋にて滞在しました。１部屋はクラシックスイートからデラックススイートへ無償アップグレードくださり大満足の滞在となりました。 イスタンブールでは、TomTom Suite の他、カラキョイ地区の５つ星ホテルに滞在をしましたが、正直、雲泥の差でした。 まず、客室は２０室のみということもあるのか、スタッフの方々のサービスが完璧です。朝食や夕食も申し分なく、最高でした。 高台に立ってるため、朝食を取ったレストランからの景色も感動的でした。 難点を言えば、トラムの駅からずっと上り坂となるため、観光に疲れた体には正直堪えましたが、それらを差し引いてもお薦めです。

Tomtom suites is a fantastic hotel right next to the high street of Istanbul, İstiklal Cd. I’ve seen some negative reviews of difficulty getting to the hotel which requires some steep uphill/downhill walking, but this criticism is unfair as the entire city of Istanbul is full of hills and you’ll get a great leg workout regardless of where you stay. Speaking of the room itself, we’re fortunate enough to get upgraded three times thanks to booking though Expedia (we had VIP access through the site), the room is very spacious, clean, and comes with high quality toiletries (Molton Brown) as well. Breakfast is served on the fourth floor, which doubles as their one Michelin starred restaurant Nicole in the evening. The breakfast is exquisite and offers high quality pastries and cheeses. They’ll also make eggs to your liking, I had the omelette and honestly it was one of the best I’ve had in my entire middle eastern trip. They also give you a delicious salad and an assortment of homemade jams (loved the tomato paste!). Would definitely pick this hotel if we visit Istanbul again.

Das Suiten-Hotel war in Summe sehr schön, die Unterkunft sauber und der Service sehr gut. Hervorzuheben ist die Lage am italienischen Konsulat. Allerdings muss man gut zu Fuß sein, um auf die Istiklal zu kommen (sehr steiler Anstieg). Der Service hat meiner Frau und mir sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem hervorzuheben ist Fuat beim Frühstücks-Service. Er ist wirklich für das Hotel eine Bereicherung und Beispiel für tollen Service und Professionalität. Die Dachterasse und der Blick von dort sind spektakulär. Nurol beim Empfang war ebenfalls klasse und immer hilfsbereit. Beide waren gleichermaßen angenehm und professionell. Was die Stimmung eingetrübt hat: am Morgen der Abfahrt wurde uns noch der Piccolo aus der Minibar in Rechnung gestellt - wobei wir dachten, dass wir alles am Voraben bereits beglichen hätten - mindestens hatte man uns das so gesagt. Böse Überraschung: für den Piccolo (Wert 4-8 Euro) mußten wir 32 Euro zahlen. Das ist übertrieben und hinteräßt einen faden Beigeschmack.

Property was very clean and all staff were very courteous. Location was conveniently near Istiklal street. Breakfast service was phenomenal- quality and presentation of food were exceptional and the view was amazing overlooking the sea. From the moment you enter this hotel you definitely notice that it's special. The rooms are high design with curated art work. The staff is of the caliber of the best 5 star hotels anywhere. The location and it's close proximity to Bebek and Galata Tower which make it one of the top areas in Istanbul. The daily breakfast was spectacular and the service again above and beyond. I can't recommend this Hotel enough. We will definitely be back again and again.

Beautifully renovated historic building in a quieter part of the City but walking distance to many attractions. Rooms are very large and bathrooms are modern with plenty of space. The staff really do go out of their way to accommodate you. This was our second stay here and on both occasions they made sure we could check into our rooms early. Also provided late checkout. Breakfast is excellent and served in rooftop restaurant with views out over the Bosphorus.

Absolutely Fantastic! The hospitality is top notch. We stayed here for a few nights prior to our cruise. They helped us arrange a walking tour (Our guide Musa was fabulous), a beautiful Hamam just a short walk away and we had them arrange another tour and transfer to the airport once our cruise returns. The breakfast and view from the top floor were both amazing. For us, Istanbul is best seen by foot and this place is a great location, but there is a little walking to be done. Easy decision for us on where to stay next time we’re in Istanbul.

Beautiful and quaint boutique hotel hustled in a safe area away from the crowd. Very courteous staff and Michelin star rated roof top restaurant.
