The location it’s the best you have the best view for the Bosphorus in nights and also day cause they serve the breakfast floor 7 with this amazing view . I love this place the personal it’s always available to help . They answer very fast to anything to needs ! Super clean, nice and modern room . They give you a lot ameneites with all the necessary your need for your stay . The showe so nice with a lot water security . And they speak good English all of them !

My recent stay at Metropolitan Hotels Bosphorus marked my third visit to this esteemed establishment, and while the overall experience remained positive, there were certain aspects that stood out. First and foremost, the hotel's location is simply unbeatable. Situated on the main street opposite the Fındıklı tramway station (T1), the convenience and accessibility offered by this prime spot are unparalleled. From my perspective, it's not just perfect—it's beyond perfect. The staff at Metropolitan Hotels Bosphorus deserve commendation for their kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism. The reception employees, in particular, exemplify these qualities, making every interaction a pleasant and welcoming experience. Azure the Bosphorus, the hotel's restaurant, offers more than just a meal—it provides a feast for the senses with its breathtaking views of the Bosphorus. The open buffet caters to every palate, offering a diverse array of options that make breakfast a delight. While there may be superior open buffets elsewhere, the one at Metropolitan Hotels Bosphorus is certainly worth sampling. The rooms at the hotel are impeccably clean and well-appointed, although I did encounter a few minor issues during my recent stay. The absence of a desk and chair in my room was a departure from previous visits, albeit not a significant inconvenience. Additionally, the size of the blanket was smaller than expected, and despite multiple requests for replacement, the issue persisted. Furth

The hotel looked amazing online, & when I arrived it was nothing like the pics. We had two twin size beds that were hard as a rock. There was sooooo much noise and people banging things in the middle of the night, we barely slept. The entire staff was soooooo rude, never a hello or good night and behaved as if they are doing us the favor. Never discussed the bare ammenities and accused of us eating a wafer they told us was free and wanted to add to our bill. The restaurant is nice but very pricey & they refused to give us to go boxes. They said they would have the food it sent to our room and never did! There was a fire alarm that went off twice and the smell of an electrical fire that they dismissed and told people to go to their rooms. Awful stay dont waste your money!!!!!

Hands down the best hotel! My go to hotel when I travel to istanbul. The hotel team is always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are super clean and spacious. It is at a superb location with very easy transport. The restaurant on the 7th floor serves quality food and has an amazing view of the Bosphorus bridge. The food and drinks are exceptional! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfy stay!

Das Personal Taner Erkan Fatih und Muhammet waren eine Katastrophe sehr unkompitent und sehr unfreundlich. Mein Problem mit dem Zimmer wurde nicht gelöst daraufhin musste ich über 1 Stunde im Zimmer warten und es kam niemand um die Koffer abzuholen. Letztendlich musste ich die Koffer mit meinem Kind runter tragen und wurde noch blöd vom Personal angeguckt. In diesem schönen Hotel muss man dringend ein Personalwechsel vornehmen...

The front staff were extremely friendly especially Busra. She was amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was exceptional with a lot of options. cleanness and hotel location was beyond expectation. I highly recommend to stay here worth every single penny.

Gutes Hotel mit wenigen kleinen Macken. Lage Top & Ausblick vom Zimmer sehr schön. Schade, dass kein Taxi in der Rezeption bestellt werden kann, weil angeblich kein Taxistand in der Nähe ist.
