The location is good for the ferry and the bus but not for subway travel. If you want to stay in Istanbul, being close to subway is really important because we kept getting stuck in traffic. The place could be much cleaner, sinks and the shower wasn’t cleaned properly. They advertise that it has a kitchen but we didn’t use the rusty&broken stove top because it looked like a fire hazard. They only had one scratched teflon pot anyway that we again didn’t feel comfortable using. We didn’t have iron, vacuum or more than 2 rolls of toilet paper in our room even though we book for a whole week. Maybe they could be provided if asked but it’s not convenient and for the price they’re asking, it should be available in the room (which is basically a 1 bedroom flat). They didn’t have a sponge for the dishes, shower gel, toothpaste etc. The toilet seat is way smaller than the toilet, which forces you to sit on the bowl. Small things that would make the stay much better were missing or not fixed. And the pictured room was different than the one we had, it was a bit disappointing. Why not just update the pics? Good thing is they had hot water and a mini fridge (it was covered in ice, which should be cleaned). There were some cutlery and a dirty salt shaker. It was an okay room that is priced unreasonably high.
