Malo este hotel
Hotel muy deficiente en su atención , las personas de recepción son bastante descorteses. Las habitaciones muy incómodas solo un ascensor que demanda mucha espera. Lo único que se salva es la vista del restaurante y la ubicación . Mala elección la que hicimos . No volveremos.

This is my fourth time in this Hotel and always the service is great, very friendly and helpful staff. The installation are comfortable and the location is excellent.

Estuvo correcto, pero no creo que vuelva
Habitación de luxe, 4 noches. Lo bueno: ubicación, vistas desde algunas habitaciones y desde la terraza del restaurante. Personal amable y resolutivo, aunque no hablan mucho inglés (del español ya ni hablo), wifi correcta. Lo malo: el mantenimiento del baño, con grifos mal tratados con productos abrasivos que los has dejado sin brillo, blanquecinos. Baño pequeño y estrecho. La ducha muy bien, y mejoraría si descalcificasen las alcachofas. Armario correcto, sin cajones, con caja de seguridad. Tocador con cajones pequeños poco útiles. Camas y almohadas cómodas, edredón correcto. Aire acondicionado correcto. Minibar caro, ningún canal en español. Tema desayuno: justo, justo. Lo de los zumos y el café es de delito. Malos con avaricia. Y pretenden cobrar casi tres euros por un espresso que no es de máquina profesional, si no de las típicas que tienes en cualquier hotel que se precie, tipo WMF, que hacen buen café pero no el de las cafeterias, y a ese precio, qué menos. También puedes pagar por un zumo natural, porque el que dan no llega ni a los malos de polvos, de lo peor que he probado. Es increíble que, por lo poco que cuestan estos detalles, se pierda el resto. Lo demás estuvo correcto: pan fresco, queso, huevos duros, fritos, mucho "verde", unas como torrijas, salchichas de pavo, cereales, yogurt a granel, Nescafé Gold, galletas y algún bizcocho aceptable... vamos, que no es para tirar cohetes pero que no pasas hambre. Muy muy mejorable por poco dinero.

In the Heart of Istanbul, a very good Hotel!!!
Excellent Hotel with a superb view!!!! Very big room and bed, in the HEART OF ISTANBUL. Everythihg was there, in a just 5 minute-walk. DO NOT MISS IT. The breakfast could be better. Improve the quality of the products.

Estupenda la ubicación.
Pagué un suplemento por habitación de lujo. La habitación no era de lujo, especialmente el baño, que era un aseo pequeñísimo. Lo dije en recepción pero me dijeron que la habitación proporcionada era de lujo.

As a solo traveler I loved this property. It was convenient to all of the major sites and public transportation. Musa at the front desk made sure I had his contact number in case I need assistance while touring the city. The hotel was lovely and an amazing view from the rooftop. They did recommend the evening river boat cruise, which was more like a nightclub on the water, which I did not enjoy. But everything else about my stay and their hospitality was excellent!!!

The hotel is in good place, you can walk to lots of attractions places. There are alot of restaurants around and transport like tram, trains and buses. The reception is helpful if you want to get a taxis with reasonable prices to the airport. Musa the receptionists is very friendly and always helpful. Thx for the welcoming environment 🙂.

Wonderful Hotel
The corner room was spectacular with the Blue Mosque right outside our window. We loved the total experience. The hotel decor made us feel like we were staying in the Ottoman dynasty. The staff was fantastic, and we will stay there again in our next visit to Istanbul. Sarya and Adnan, two of the many hotel associates were great.

Perfect Experience.
Everything from booking with online discussions with Sarya was very helpful. Check-in went perfect with outstanding service from all staff. The hotel is beautiful and the view from the terrace restaurant was the BEST. Adnan, a hotel associate who went way beyond his job duties to help us must be recognized. Thanks for a wonderful Hotel experience.

Aile ile gelinebilecek temiz bir otel. Rezervasyon yaptırmadan önce özellikle aileler için uygun ortam olup olmaması konusunda endişeliydim. Geldiğimde çok seviyeli güzel bir ortam buldum. Alkol olmaması da önemli bir tercih sebebimdi. Otel ekibine her şey için çok teşekkür ederim.

The location is first rate. There are plenty of restaurants close by as well as public transportation to the bazaars and waterways. Lots of sites within walking distance - it couldn't have been better. The hotel is dated and worn. It is clean without question but I would say it is a travelers hotel. There is a nice selection of breakfast items and juices in a large dining room which was a plus. Staff was always helpful and an extra bonus is the luggage scale - great for the souviners we added to our baggage! I wouldn't say the AC was broken but felt more like a swap cooler in the rooms that a traditional AC. The weather was gorgeous and the windows open easily which turned out to be perfect for us!

Did not like No airconditiong in room. Safe broke down with passports in before leaving. King size bed had no bed sheets. Shower kind of crummy. Not fit to ever go back to.

Have you reported this situation to the reception? Was there no attempt to solve your problem? There is a central heating and cooling system in our hotel. During transition periods, some guests may want cold weather and some may want hot weather. Unfortunately, this is not a controllable situation. Central heating and cooling system is activated according to the weather conditions.best regrds

A good place to stay while exploring Istanbul, close to all the historical places , also staff is very helpful and good mannered, the cleaning lady was keeping our room tidy and clean . If you want to book any tours you can just go to the reception staff and they will sort you out . Worth staying.👍

The staff where rude and unhelpful.. The room is outdated and dirty. The AC and the room safe did not work. My door card failed to work every single day. I would not stay at that hotel again nor would I recommended it to anyone else.

We are very sorry for your bad experience. There is a laundry service in our hotel and it is subject to an extra fee. This is stated in all sales channels as well as in Hotels.com and expedia. It is also stated that there is no iron in the rooms. The authentic decoration of the rooms is quite evident in the photos. We have not received any complaints from any of our guests staying at the same time as you about the central air conditioner. If there was a technical problem with the air conditioner in your room and you had reported it to the reception, it would have been resolved.All other complaints will be considered and necessary action will be taken. We would like to welcome you again in our hotel.regards

The hotel has some advantages; close to the main tourists sights, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern etc, it is also near to the Tram Lime 1 stop. The breakfast area does provide great views and is perfect for photos. The down side for me is the noise for rooms above and to the side; very thin walls, you hear everything when people come in late, open and close door, every conversation, for that reason alone I won;t stay there again..

Location, location! The hotel is lactated near the Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque and one block from the tram station. The Grand Bazaar is approximately an 8 minute walk away with plenty of shopping and restaurants near by.

Great location, the room was nice, beds comfy, water good, only issue was the fact there was no air conditioning, only heating and it was really warm and stuffy. The window did open for fresh air but that meant leaving the curtains open to the rooms across the street.

Nicely appointed, traditional hotel. Very clean, friendly and professional staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Best all was the view from both our room and the dining room. A million dollar view of the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia. Breathtaking.

Super Ausblick aus der Terrasse!! Einfach der Hammer !!!!! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön möbliert, aber leider zu klein für drei Personen. Personal super! Leider war das baby Beistellbett nicht im gutem Zustand. Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage war super, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuß erreichbar.
