Spend your days relaxing by the pool, lounging on the sunbeds or comfortable chairs in the shade of the pergola. The white hammock invites you to relax, and the covered terrace is the perfect place for outdoor dining. In the evening, after dinner or perhaps after a barbecue, you can retreat to the sofa and armchairs on the terrace for a coffee or a drink.
Casa Un Tocco di Blu, arranged on a single floor, is characterized by a unique Mediterranean style that will make you feel right at home. The interiors are bright and modern, with ceramic tiled floors and white walls. The open-plan living room includes a comfortable single sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, while the fully equipped kitchen also offers a dining table for 4 people.
Casa Un Tocco di Blu has a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a comfortable double bed. A single sofa bed provides additional space for guests. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable rest even during hot summer nights.
The villa has two bathrooms: one indoor with a shower and one outdoor, complete with a sink, toilet, and shower cabin, perfect for when you return from the beach.
Electricity consumption is included up to 250 kWh per week (approximately 36 kWh per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a rate of 1.10 euros per kWh.
