"What a wonderful place. Large, spacious grounds, which are once owned by a baron, have now been befitting restored and updated to offer an amazing stay to any guest that is lucky to visit. Large swimming pool, large grounds to explore, outdoor bbq area, fresh oranges and lemons to pick and first class hosts. So glad we spent a week here. My little son loved it and didn't want to leave. "Nous avons passe 3 nuits dans cet appartement tres original. Tres calme, Une grande terrasse "sur la mer" côté Est pour les apéritifs avec vue sur Ortigia, une terrasse Ouest pour les peti dej. Un accès a la plage en bas de l immeuble pour la baignade. C est ce qu il nous fallait pour cette chaleur du mois de juin ( 30). A 30mn a pied d'Ortigia et des embarcadères. Nous n avons pris la voiture que pour visiter le parc archeologique. "

"The house is very cosy, in a beautiful garden with a pool and stunning views, set among pistachio fields. The owners are wonderful people and very welcoming. The house is about 1 hour from Catania, half a hour from Siracusa and Noto, and maybe 15 minutes to the closest beach. We did day trips in the morning and then relaxed by the pool in the afternoon. However, people that are not used to driving might find the 10 minute drive up curvy and narrow roads challenging."
