We booked this home 9/19/25 - 9/27/25. We found the home to be exactly as advertised. It was spacious, had a great layout, in a quiet neighborhood, and well maintained. The pool area was well equipped and spotless. Communications with the property managers were excellent & timely. I would highly recommended this property.

This house is amazing! Loved everything about it. We got golf carts to go to the beach and that was perfect because it’s a few blocks from the beach. The pool is the nicest of any house we’ve stayed. Very well equipped gorgeous home!!

Family Reunion Getaway

We highly recommend this home! From the time we arrived, the Villa Pairidaeza exceeded our expectations. The house itself was immaculate and well-thought-out for our family of 12. I especially liked that we could all be together in the great room, yet there were plenty of quiet spaces, including the basement, patio, front porch, and bedrooms. The separate pantry with a drinks fridge and an ice freezer added a nice touch to the well-stocked kitchen. The pool, with an array of floaties and toys, was perfect for a daytime swim and an evening float. The Villa offers plenty of beach chairs and toys, plus a wagon to haul them in for our daily walk to the beach. No need to drive, only a couple of blocks down the road. The management was terrific, and check-in was very easy. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. The Villa Pairidaeza is perfect if you're looking for a place for a large family, but don't want to be squeezed in and on top of each other. We had such an amazing time and hope to rent this home again for future family gatherings.

Great Vacation location

Very positive in almost all respects. We had a family group of 12 persons, all ages, and had lots of space for everyone. The pool was very popular along with the games in the lower level for all the younger ones. Having all bedrooms with adjoining baths was great. Only negative was the steps to the front door…steep and somewhat slick, causing some issues for our older folks and an older dog! Overall was a great place, good location to walk to the beach and the local park with pickle ball courts…and off the busy streets.

Great location for a work trip

My team of five stayed here for a remote work meetup and the property was exceptional. The house was spacious, well-equipped, very clean, and in a great location - just a short walk to the beach and drive into Mt Pleasant and Charleston. The property management group was very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Amazing house near the beach

This home was designed beautifully, thinking of everything and with so many nice touches. We were all pleased with the full bath with every bedroom, comfortable beds, the extra refrigerators, the ice machine, ample parking, and the short walk to the wonderful beach. The whole house was immaculately clean, and everything worked well. We loved it and hope to return someday!

Best house for families!

This was hands down the best house we’ve ever stayed at for kids. The slide into the pool, the beach walking distance, the game room downstairs—our kids were so entertained that it felt like a true vacation for us parents! I’d highly recommend this house!

Golf Group Wild Dunes Courses

This property was everything the pictures made it out to be! Beautiful modern architecture. One of the best pool/patio setups i’ve encountered. This was the ninth year of my 12 man group’s golf trip. This stay is by far the best house we’ve encountered. Perfect for a Wild Dunes group golf trip. 10 minutes from the courses. 5 min from DT IOP and maybe 10 from DT Sullivans. Property management was very prompt and detailed with information! Up to 6 cars with garages. Ping pong, games, shuffleboard. Regulation Basketball goal. Comfortable Beds and great shower pressure! 2 Washer and dryer available in house.

Outstanding property. The house was much nicer than the listing photos if that is possible. The open living/dining/kitchen area was enhanced by the high ceilings and windows and the pool area is wonderful. Easy check in and check out. Very very happy with this stay.

Great house with all amenities you would ever need. Host are very responsive if anything was needed. Good location with close walks to beach and park for kids. Will definitely stay here again !
