The house was fantastic. Large enough for our family of 14. Several sitting areas for different activity styles. And decks galore! The only thing bad was by Thursday, the a/c in the upper floor with two bedrooms stopped working. The first night was not too bad, but by Friday night a number of people swapped bedrooms with teens and someone who shared her room with a grandchild. Those giving up their rooms slept on the sofas on the first and second floors. We didn't call because at that point we were leaving. however, we did call on our way out to let them know about the a/c problem.On another topic, the Sweetgrass group was fantastic. Kyle came in immediately to hook up the tv and also came immediately when we had issues with the dish washers. Very nice, knowledgeable young man. Also after we left the house today, a grand daughter called to say she was in Charleston before going to the airport and realized she had left her purse in the house. I called the office. Within 15 minutes I heard back. The manager had found it and had taken it back to the office. However when I told him my grand daughter and her family were going back to the house the manager met them with her purse. Customer service that is definitely not normal these days. I don't have photos since all of us were taking pictures and we'll combine them, but the stay was fantastic. All family members fromSouth Carolina, Massachusetts and Colorado LOVED our week at the beach.Thank you.
