Overall it was a good family vacation. Little things - carpets pretty dirty and bathrooms should be updated .. drain in the sink does not drain in master bedroom.. minor inconveniences that end up being annoying over 7 days

Great location, some updates to consider

House needs new carpet, a grill would be ideal, showers have mold, closets are run down, drawers in fridge difficult to open/close, toilet paper holder on first floor need repair.Couches a bit dingy too.Location is terrific.Wish we could have emptied trash once over course of week.

135 Grand Pavilion

There were no sheets on one of the beds we needed upon arrival. The house smelled musty, there was old food under the beds, and the breaker tripped turning on a hairdryer. Basic supplies were low or missing. (Towels, dish soap) It’s in need of updating. I would not rent this property again.

Low Country Lounging

This property overall was great. The location of the beach access pathway, the Pavillon, and the shops and restaurants were extremely convenient. The ocean view from the third-floor master bedroom was awesome. We enjoyed a cocktail out on that balcony while listening to the live music from the Pavillon. One con I have is the carpet, especially on the stairs is very worn and dirty. The house could be cleaned more thoroughly. I noticed alot of dirt and hand prints all over the dressers that should be cleaned. We would recommend this property.

Wonderful place.

Perfect location. Property in very good shape with lots of space. Loved the view and beach access. One small complaint: the only. spices were salt and pepper.

went on girls weekend..all of us over 60! Had GREAT time! Went into Charleston everyday.!!

The house was great..25 yards from the beach but close enough to Charleston..so best of both worlds! Great views from every window in the house and pools look beautiful..just a little too cool to go in!Loved every minute of it!

Great location

House has views of beach and you can enjoy breezes fro the porch. Easy walk to beach and the grand pavilion pools and bar area. Because proximity to these areas, not as quiet as some beach retreats. Carpets need to be cleaned. Kitchen was clean and reasonably stocked. Great spot for families with kids as lots to do.

Arrived on Sat. No sheets on king bed when got ready for bed. Had to request a mixer for kitchen. Et

Carpet very, very dirty. Kitchen not properly furnished with silverware, measuring cups, broiler pan top, baking pans etc. Air conditioner in king bedroom quit working on Thursday. Whole place could use a good cleaning. Door bell not working and porch door had bad latch. Overall for high price we paid to rent this unit, it was an extreme disappointment.

Wonderful Stay on IOP!

We absolutely loved this property. The location is perfect, with beautiful views of the ocean from the top floors, and only steps to the pool area. The house was plenty big enough for two families with young children, with newer sectional couches in the Living Room that made it comfortable for everyone, The bedrooms are big and spacious, as are the bathroom areas. This was our first trip to the area, and it will definitely not be our last!

Great location but very tired and in need of updating.

Great location and great for a large family. However, the house is so tired and worn, it really needs some tlc. Lots of small things, but when combined makes you say “Wow! This house was expensive for the shape it’s in.” - The blind in the kitchen was broken, the bathtub on the middle floor didn’t work, the mirror was missing from the back of the door of the second bathroom, the carpet was grungy in general. The place also needs a deep cleaning. The carpet in the living room was covered in small white dog hairs, there was a visible layer of dust everywhere, it just didn’t feel clean.

Wild Dunes is a peaceful well maintained property.

The location and view can only be beat by an ocean front home. The proximity to the pool and beach were ideal. The house served its purpose well, but the bathrooms need updating.

Great property for a family vacation

This beach house was nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, which makes it perfect for family groups who each need their own space. The picture of the view is exactly correct and taken from the private balcony of the Master bedroom all the way at the top of the house. The view from the main porch is nice as well. Very close to the pools and the beach. Short walk to children's playground and tennis courts. Since it was chilly during our visit, the wood-burning fireplace in the living room came in handy. Two charcoal grills are included. The main entertaining areas indoors are a little tight for 9 people, but that would not be an issue in the summer when you would spend most of your time at the pools or beach. I highly recommend this property!
