Very comfortable

We have stayed here twice this year while visiting family. It has a beautiful interior and view of the golf course. The kitchen is well equipped and mattresses are comfortable. We will look for this unit again when we visit next.

Happy Place

Was an awesome place to spend four days while visiting Charleston. It was everything that was advertised. The location was perfect for driving into Charleston for all historical tours. IOP had great food and close to Sullivan Isle. Would definitely stay at Happy Place again.

Another great stay in fairway dunes!

We stay in fairway dunes every year and this was our first time in this particular property. The view from the screened in porch is peaceful and comfortable. The kitchen is super well outfitted and the bar area was amazing!

Perfect spot for our active family vacation!

This was the perfect place to stay for our 4th of July trip to IOP. The easy access to the pickleball courts was a HUGE plus for us since it can be tough to get onto other courts in IOP. A quick walk to the beach, nice pool and central location overall. The house itself had everything we needed, was clean and spacious for our group of 5. Would stay here again!

Perfect for our family

This property was a percect place to stay while visiting our son who is stationed in Charleston with the Air Force. There were plenty of things for us to find to do close by and the beach was amazing. We look forward to coming back again.

Great stay! Would visit again!

We had a great stay while visiting Happy Place for our granddaughter’s wedding. House is well equipped & supplied with most everything you need. They do have iron/board which I wasn’t sure about. We enjoyed the deck & screened in porch which backed up to golf course but had trees for privacy & a nice breeze. Pool & pickleball courts were very close & within walking distance. Would visit again!

Fall Family Time

We had 2 groups with different length of stays so we split up and this property was perfect for us! Had everything that was advertised and was easy to check in and out.

Our Happy Place Vacay

Our stay at Happy Place was absolutely lovely. We were greeted by welcome gifts, which was very thoughtful and unexpected. The accommodations were everything the photos showed and more. The house is very well appointed and quiet, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly imagine for meal prep. Beds were comfy, the screen porch with view of golf course was perfect for morning coffee The big dining room table was perfect for meals and games. We enjoyed the provided pickle ball paddles and ball, the pool was very nice in the evenings and the walk to the beach was very reasonable. Would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Enjoyable Stay

Stayed for 4 nights at this property. We had three couples and the place accommodated us well. We liked the location and access to the beach, pickleball courts, etc. Would recommend that the pillows on the porch get replaced, and also had difficulty managing the AC/Heating. But overall, the place was great.

Happy Place review

We loved the location of Happy Place! We really enjoyed using the screened in patio and the bedroom sizes were all great. It was also very nice and convenient having two pickleball courts and the pool within a very short walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. The only slight issue we had is the toilets did not flush very thoroughly.

I had a wonderful stay at Happy Place. The house's coziness made it feel like a home away from home, and it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The proximity to the pool and other amenities was fantastic, and just being a short walk from the ocean was a major highlight. In addition, the location is close to Charleston- a 20-minute drive made exploring the area even more convenient. I highly recommend this lovely home for a couple, friends, or family looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway”.

Beautiful interior with lovely golf course view.

Very comfortable. Well stocked and beautiful kitchen. Television in many rooms and easy to operate. Loved the screened in porch. Split-level, so there are steps. Heavy equipment in the neighborhood doing road work. Not sure when that will be completed.

The nearby tennis and pickleball courts were a hit, and the pool was a perfect post-activity cool-down. The back porch with a golf course view became our peaceful spot for evening drinks, away from the hustle. The location is just right. Whether you crave beach time or a round of golf, it's the ideal spot. The calming vibes and coastal charm make it a perfect escape. In conclusion, this rental is a must for a comfy, spacious, and prime-location getaway. It leaves you with fantastic memories of a laid-back coastal retreat. I highly recommend it!

Comfy and Roomy home. Amazing porch with a great view of the golf course!

It's tucked away in a peaceful spot near the beach, tennis, pickleball, and an excellent pool. The place is comfy and roomy, with stylish decor that made us feel at home. The bedrooms were so cozy; getting out of bed in the morning was hard. We loved being close to the beach for sun and sea fun, and the surprise tennis and pickleball courts were a hit with our sporty crew. The pool was perfect for chilling after a day of activities. The best part? Chillin' on the porch with a golf course view – perfect for breakfast or an afternoon cocktail. This spot is all about balancing convenience and chill vibes. Whether you're into beach excitement or a round of golf, it's got you covered. It's a laid-back escape with coastal charm, and I totally recommend it for a relaxing getaway with good memories.

Major AC Problems, Hard Mattresses and a Rude Host

The AC is set in a way where the thermostat will not go below 71 degrees. On top of that the air flow is very weak/broken and the rooms do not cool very well at all. The bedrooms are very stuffy and we did not sleep well. The host refused to send at AC repair person to try and fix or even evaluate the AC. He just told us 71 is comfortable enough and just to deal with it. We left the property one day early because of the major AC issues and how rude the host acted. To make matters worse, the mattresses are very hard and not comfortable. Stay away from this property and this host in general! iTrip Vacations Charleston Beaches is not a company you want to deal with if issues happen

Happy Place = Happy Memories

This very clean townhome is perfectly set up. It’s an end unit that is secluded and quiet. It located at the end of the cul de sac where the tennis/pickleball courts and pool area are. There is more than enough room in the driveway for 2 cars to be parked. All 3 nicely sized bedrooms have their own bathroom and closet space. On the top floor is the galley kitchen with ample windows for light and it’s spacious. The kitchen has more than enough essentials for preparing meals. There is a wine fridge off of the living room. The screen in porch is a bonus off the dining area, with a tv and ceiling fan to enjoy while looking out at the golfers. You do not have access to the garage so leaving your beach chairs (that you bring yourself) outside or in the laundry room was nice. As having a full size washer/dryer was great to have available. There is a small area outside the front door for your bikes and where you can shower off the sand after spending the day at the beach that is close across the street from the community. We will definitely book this unit again in the future. It was perfect for our family to make those happy memories at Happy Place!

Spring Break getaway

We stayed at the townhouse over spring break and had a lovely time. The house was large and comfy. Very nice accommodations.
