The house was beautiful! The pool was lovely and the access to the beach was amazing. The property management team was great! We enjoyed our time at this property and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to enjoy the views and the beach!

Items in the place needed repair, some of the dishes and kitchen were not clean. The garage door opener would not open properly. Communication with the host and property management wasn’t very good or helpful.

We had a great stay here. It truly is a prime location from the beach and walkable to lots to do at IOP. The house was huge with plenty of rooms for our whole group, along with enough towels in all the bathrooms. A great kitchen set up with plenty of cookware and utensils. The pool and the backyard was fantastic. We will be back! Thanks for a great experience.

The house was just as listed and very spacious. We were grateful for all the games/amenities the house had since two of our days were spent indoors due to torrential rains. But having the large communal areas where we could all be together comfortably was perfect! The only complaint was the mattresses on the two single beds, which were very hard. Other than that our stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend for other large groups.

We Loved our stay at this house. I've never seen a more equipped kitchen for a rental, so if you have a big family and preparing lots of dinners this kitchen and living/dining area is amazing!!! The whole house and week was perfect. The only thing that wasn't perfect is if you are big pool people the pool is quite small with little deck/lounging area but we rented some extra lounge chairs and made it work! Overall the house was terrific and my entire family from age 4 to age 84 loved it! PS - The elevator was a life saver for my father in law who just had knee surgery and all the stairs would have been challenging otherwise!!

This is our second time staying in IOP and we loved this house! The location was amazing and the house was beautiful. We had everything we needed for our stay. Our family enjoyed many hours in the pool, which was always a perfect temperature. We also loved that third floor deck with the great views and nice breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Best Family Vacation! Location to beach and town were perfect for all ages. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen and the rooms were very spacious. The pool was used everyday and so safe for the littles. We are a family of 12 and there was enough space to work, play and eat. Highly recommend :)

Beach family vacation

The house is very convenient to the beach and shops, restaurants and nightlife. Very spacious inside with a lovely deck with rockers for relaxing. We cooked a lot of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped.

Family Vacation March 8-15

We took our freshman college son and extended family here on his spring break. We looked for a home with an elevator for my 85 year old mom and pool for our little ones. The weather was pretty good and we were pleasantly surprised that the pool was perfect (not too cold). The house had PLENTY of room with so much storage space. The reason I gave the accuracy of the listing a 4 was because there were more things in the house than what was listed. We traveled with things not knowing it was included. The house is three stories so there are a lot of stairs. I don't know that I would recommend if you have a lot of little ones. Our 20 month old fell down a few of the stairs before she got caught in the rungs (thankfully). There was one gate at the house (that they didn't mention) that we had up but it wasn't very secure. So we did have to be very careful when she was around and it was a pain hopping over a gate every time you go up the stairs. Yes we could have used the elevator but it wasn't very fast and when you want to just run down to the bedrooms quickly that method was too slow. Overall, it was a beautiful house. It has so many things to use in the kitchen and everything is labeled and easy to find. I had questions before our visit and they were always answered quickly.

The perfect house in IOP

This house is just what is shown in pictures in ALL the best ways. We had a group of 11 and the space was excellent. So many places to hang out, not only as small groups but also as a large group. The kitchen is very usable and the labels on drawers and cupboards are extremely helpful. (The light switches and fan switches are also labeled!) We made a lasagna dinner easily with the utensils and supplies in the house (we bought foil pans, though). The only cooking supplies are spices, but there is a wide selection of those. Bathroom spaces are excellent as was the game room. Loved being so close to the beach and we walked there so many times. Some good places to get meals nearby and a grocery store just down the street. Could not ask for much more and so much fun to be there! I would agree with other reviewers that a few more dish towels would be helpful and appreciated. Two isn't many for a functional kitchen of this size. And while it is not a dealbreaker, having to empty all garbage cans (other than the kitchen ones which makes sense to me), strip all the beds, and gather all the towels seems like what the cleaning fee is supposed to pay for. Overall, would highly, highly recommend it.

Our family of 13 (ages 8-91) had a wonderful stay. The house is spacious with a well stocked kitchen. The children enjoyed the game room and the pool, even though it was late December!

Fantastic location for a group/family getaway!

We rented this lovely property for a family holiday gathering: 12 people, aged 12 to 845and EVERYONE loved the place. Short easy walk to the beach, to restaurants, to the grocery store. The elevator made it possible for our elderly parents to access and move about the space, and the furnished game room and bedroom in the basement gave the teens a place to chill and do their own thing.I also loved how all the storage spaces in the kitchen were clearly labeled, which made it easier to find things - and made sure people put things away properly. And the beds were very comfortable.

Expectation management

This is the first time I stayed in a large home. Nice place, nice location, nice owner (very responsive), nice management folks. I feel they weren't ready for a Thursday check in. I would consider renting again.

Great house/location but…

We went here for a girls trip and had a great time, so close to the beach and tons of room to spread out in the house with everything basic that you need. However, the items provided are simply not enough so you will need to buy your own dishwasher pods, laundry soap, trash bags, paper towels and beach towels are also not provided. For such a large house and great location you would think they would keep it stocked with necessities such as beach towels and things like olive oil, cooking spray, etc. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided per bathroom and one roll of paper towels for the whole trip. I was expecting a little more in this department and the trash bags and toilet paper were the cheapest possible you can find, as well as the sheets being pretty cheap as well. Overall, I would stay here again because of the size and location.
