Fantastic house and location

Our party of 11 had plenty of space to be together or be apart. The kitchen was well stocked and proximity to the water was just across the street! We loved everything and will be back!

Prefect beach family vacation house

Our 3 families found the east, west and upper floor suites perfect for the 10 of us. Nice little pool and patio and many other outdoor spaces. Big garage for golf cart and adjacent shower/ bathroom for cleaning of the beach sand. But best thing was having Ryan just a phone call away to quickly address any questions.

Great House

This property was perfect for our family with plenty of room for everyone. Loved having the master on the main floor and a second living room on the level below where the rest of the bedrooms are. Great proximity to the beach too and a variety of outdoor spaces. Would definitely rent this property again.

Weekend wedding

Had a blast with the crew. Wedding party Friday evening College Football watching party and corn hole tournament Saturday. Worked out at all levels. Would appreciate a TV in the master but had plenty of room for all the getting ready and entertaining.

Fabulous home

4 couples stayed in this home to attend our friends sons wedding. The home was beautiful and very clean. The location was a short walk to the beach. We loved that each bedroom had a full bathroom. We are all in our early 60’s and had the best time here!

Blissful pool/beach retreat

Our experience with Sweetgrass and this property more than met our expectations. The pool was amazing. Location to beach and local restaurants in walking distance was key, especially after a long car ride from NJ! We were close enough to Charleston to enjoy frequent dinners in this culinary haven. While there were a few hiccups with some amenities, Sweetgrass addressed each very quickly and with the friendliest of employees. We particularly enjoyed working with Carlissa who offered us a great beach family portrait opportunity. Overall, a very memorable and enjoyable family vacation! Many thanks.

With five bedrooms, two indoor living spaces and many outdoor sitting/eating places there is more than enough space in this house. The pool was a nice extra.

Family Isle of Palms

We loved the house and it's location! A couple of items we missed, the house can sleep 10 but there are only 8 dining table chairs. We had to have 2 people sit on a stool for meal times. Also, would love to have had a second refrigerator downstairs. Extra room for drinks would have been nice. Other than that, the house was great and we had a great family vacation. All of my adult children want to go back!

AMAZING Experience!!

We absolutely adored our stay here. The property was incredible. We could not believe how beautiful it was inside when we arrived. The check in process was super easy and the host was very responsive via the messaging app! Everything was very organized upon entry with clear instructions for the house and the check out process was very easy! We cannot wait to come back to this property in the future. Cannot recommend enough!

Dream House!

The pictures do not do this house justice. Unbelievable property, very clean, beds were so comfortable, and steps from the beach. A little disappointed we couldn't use the elevator, but it did not affect how much we loved this house! Will be staying here again!!

The house was amazing! We requested the pool to be heated and it was still chilly the second day, the owner was very responsive and sent someone over. It was warm by the next day. Absolutely beautiful home.

Beautiful Home and location

This is a BEAUTIFUL home in a great location with easy access to the beach. Still working on furnishing the home with essentials such as pot holders for oven cooking and other minor items, but overall excellent. Also, there are A LOT of bird droppings on the upper 2 decks which made it hard to sit comfortably outside there, so maybe something can be done to deter the birds? We appreciated the fact that the entire kitchen was cleaned out of condiments and prior tenant food items due to COVID. We would definitely consider this rental again for future stays.

Beautiful place, but would come back in summer

This place is gorgeous and the outdoor areas are amazing and well thought out. Inside I would have loved things like salt and pepper to be available and more explanation of how to connect to the TVs and WiFi which had disconnected from the WiFi. We paid to heat the pool, the property manager warned us it was too cold, but we asked to give it a try. It didn’t warm a single degree, so clearly not a powerful heater. Throw blankets for outside and extra quilts on the beds would have been nice given the chillier temps. The ones that were there were vacuum packed so it wasn’t clear whether they could be used. Overall this place is set up for warm weather fun but could use some attention to how best to winterize and still have a lovely stay. The property management was responsive, but blamed us for their not seeing the request to heat the pool in the booking request when there were no specific instructions listed. Finally the landscaping lights shine right into some of the bedrooms all night, we couldn’t figure out how to turn them off, so played some musical beds. Hopefully we can come back when it’s warm!
