Whether you're planning a beach getaway, golf weekend, boating trip or simply looking to unwind by the water, Happy Hours is the perfect place to settle into island time.



    Step inside and immediately feel the laid-back coastal charm that makes Isle of Palms so unforgettable. Happy Hours features bright, comfortable living spaces designed for relaxing after sun-filled beach days and waterfront adventures. The screened porch is one of the villa’s standout features — the perfect place to enjoy the salty breeze while overlooking the marina. The villa’s comfortable layout makes it easy to gather with family and friends while still enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of The Moorings community.

    - Easy walk or bike ride to nearby restaurants (including The Islander 71 and The Outpost), the IOP Marina and the Isle of Palms beach. Historic downtown Charleston is also just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy award-winning restaurants, shopping, and historic sightseeing before returning to your peaceful island retreat.



    - Fully-equipped kitchen with white cabinetry, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances and a central island with stool seating for four.



    - Indoor dining table seats 6 and outdoor dining table sets 4.

    Guests enter Happy Hours by taking the building's elevator (or the community staircase) to the 1st floor and entering the front door of the home (Unit 503). When you enter the front door, you will find an entryway that connects to the kitchen, dining area and living room. The primary suite, guest bedroom and hallway bathroom are accessible from the kitchen and dining area. There is a laundry closet off of the kitchen. The screened porch is accessible from both the living room and the primary suite.



    SOME WILD DUNES RESORT AMENITIES MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE DURING YOUR STAY. WE DO NOT CONTROL AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE RESORT AMENITIES AND WILL NOT MAKE ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATE ADJUSTMENTS BASED ON WHICH AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE DURING YOUR STAY.

    Isle of Palms will be conducting beach replenishment from July through November 2026. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access points but the beach will be accessible throughout. Only active construction areas will be roped off. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site. Check the City site for more details.
