The host was outstanding - so friendly and helpful. Accommodations were perfect for our crew. We loved the layout of the home and especially enjoyed sitting on the porches. The home was spotless and so comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

The house was great and had everything we needed. House had all the beach chairs and beach toys you need and large great room. Porches were a bit small. Only enough rooms to sit in a straight line of rocking chairs. Location was awesome. Less than 100 yards to the beach and pool. This was a great beach house.

We had a great stay last week in IOP. Location is ideal with close access to beach and other Wild Dunes amenities. Having beach chairs and toys available was a nice bonus. House had a great layout for 2 families. 4 bathrooms was great to have! Very comfortable and clean home. Owner was great to communicate with. We'd stay there again in the future.

This wonderful home was perfect for our family! The location is so close to the beach & the Grand Pavillion pools! Everything was clean & organized & the owner/manager was very attentive with checking to see if we needed anything! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house, great location

We had a wonderful vacation here and would definitely re-visit. The house had everything we could need, including kitchen staples and utensils for a family, children’s items and outdoor gear. Everything was clean, organized and plentiful. Host was super easy to contact and gave us all the info we needed to make a super easy visit.

54 Grand Pavilion Isle of Palms

Could not ask for a nicer place, or nicer hosts. Great location, close to the beach and center of the resort. Hosts were terrific, great communication, and very helpful about things to do and places to eat. House was immaculate when we arrived, with detailed instructions on how to use the appliances, and TV. Also a real plus is they had crib and high chair and beach toys for the grand kids. Would definitely stay again.

Our family of four stayed with another family of four and the house was perfect for our needs! Had everything you might need. Walking distance to beach and all the Wild Dunes amenities. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Owner was very communicative and helpful.

Excellent property & close to beach

Great home that was perfect for our family! It was very clean & had a good layout. Each bedroom had their own updated bathroom & the kitchen was well equipped. TV’s in all bedrooms & labeled light switches & outlets to charge all your electronics we’re nice extras! The porches had a view of the ocean & we were so close to the beach & Grand Pavilion pools. Easy walk with kids & all the beach stuff! The house had plenty of beach chairs, wagons & beach toys to enjoy. Parking for 3 cars was a plus as well! We had issue with our lock but Perry was fast to respond & came out to fix it quickly. Communication was great from check in to check out. Excellent property & a wonderful stay!

Beach Vacation Family of 4

We stayed at the house in July 2024 with my wife and two daughters (ages 5 and 3). The house was exactly as advertised. Location was steps from the beach and GP Pools. Perry was very responsive to any requests or questions. We would gladly come back to this house next time we are in IOP.

Great Location

Great stay for a fabulous weekend wedding for our family friend. Location in Wild Dunes is great....Couple houses from Beach and Pool and easy, quick walk to main Wild Dunes Resort area.

Wondeful family vacation

We had a very relaxing trip to the beach for our family of six adults and one toddler. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kiychen is wrll equipped including a coffee grinder with drip coffee pot and keurig. There are views of the ocean from both the upper and lower balconies. The walk to the beach was much closer than the pictures with easy access! We had access to all the resort pools including the pool at Sweetgrass Inn which has a 1 foot pool that is great for toddlers. We had the best of the quiet beaches in Wild Dunes plus easy access to downtown Charleston. Owners were great and communicated well. This is definitely a home we would like to visit again!

Great location/lovely house

As all other reviews said, the location was fantastic. We had an amazing stay and the hosts were extremely accommodating. We loved having all the beach chairs there and enjoyed lots of beach time, as well as golf, biking, and tennis.

Easter Weekend & Credit One Charleston Open Tennis Tournment

Thanks Perry for being accessible and very accommodating with information during our stay. The property was spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, facilities, and local restaurants at Wild Dunes. Also enjoyed out time at the tennis tournment even though the weather was somewhat foul at times! Will definitely recommend to others and plan to return in the future.

Excellent Property and Location

This property has great decorating in a coastal theme providing a very relaxing atmosphere for a vacation or get away. It has ample furniture and the kitchen lacks nothing. The location is very conveniently located near beach, swimming pools and eats. Very enjoyable!
