Beautiful location

Location and furnishing were great! Loved this condo and would stay there again. Beds were super comfortable. Pool and beach are a 2 minute walk if that.

Nice unit

This updated unit was just like the pictures. Very nice and close to beach. Only negative comments would be maybe bathrooms also need to be updated and the floors must be thin. We could hear a lot from upstairs unit. There were tiny ants in kitchen but mgt team were prompt to addtess

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The villa was in a good location, very close and in walking distance to the grand pavilion and beach which was great. We had a couple of issues with the cleanliness of a couple of items but all were resolved by management quickly.

Great location but condo is dated

This is a great place to stay. Short walk to the beach and multiple pools and restaurants. Bathrooms and furniture are very dated and the patio furniture is ancient. When you pay 4K for the week I was hoping for a little nicer. Would still recommend though based on location alone. Also be careful when paying for an early check-in with Sweetgrass. It costs 75 dollars and you are supposed to be able to get in at 2pm instead of 4. We arrived around 230 and couldn't get in until 3pm because they were still cleaning it.

Longtime Seagrove visitor

We have stayed in almost every unit in Seagrove and this one was okay. Most of the units have some sort of amenities such as spices, sandwich baggies, extra garbage bags, laundry soap etc, this one had NOTHING. The unit itself was clean and nice. There was no cable, only ROKU (but who goes to the beach to watch TV right?). Location was a bit farther back than to our liking, but no closer units were available. Nice king size bed in the master and a double and single in the other room for my 2 boys. Kitchen adequately stocked with sharp cooking knives which is hard to find! A lovely place overall.

Seagrove Get-away

The condo was nicely appointed, pleasant and clean. This is a first floor of a two story unit, so you get noise from footsteps above, but no bleed-through of conversation. There were a couple minor maintenance issues (kitchen faucet not working correctly and one toilet stool with a broken handle). Maintenance was there and fixed both problems within a couple hours of reporting the problems. The complex was very well kept and only a short walk to the beach. Overall a very pleasant stay

We were very happy with the rental and the location but when we arrived it turned into a nightmare with the demo and renovations of the apartment directly above our unit. They worked 10 hours everyday of our visit and it completely affected our vacation. We were never told during our booking about this which was very disappointing. We traveled from Canada to enjoy a vacation on the beach which started great and would have rented the unit again but cannot trust that the same thing would happen again with the property management not letting us know about construction.While we were on the deck enjoying the view the workers were throwing all the construction debris over the same balcony directly above ours and we had to go inside the unit to not get hurt by debris . While inside the hammering and demo was unbearable. All this took away from the lovely property and very close access to the beach.

Good stay

Nice place. Only concern is that it is on the 1st level. If there is a family with young kids above you it WILL be noisy. If you’ve got young kids and are going to be up at 7 am it not going to be a problem. Really like the resort - rented bikes for the week it it was cheap! Pool was great. Grounds were immaculate. Condo had everything you need. It’s about a 5 min walk to the water only because beach is so big.

Great place and location!

We've been renting units in Wild Dunes for years and decided to change it up a little this year and decided to spring for a 2 bedroom. This is a great unit and the location is excellent! So close to the many amenities offered....The pavilion has restaurants and shops, tennis courts are complimentary, bike rentals...you can walk to them all. Need a frosty beverage on the beach, just a short walk to pavilion deck. Promise I'm not a relative, we were just pleasantly surprised by the location. Wild Dunes is massive! As for the unit, the pictures are very representative. All of the WD condos we've stayed in are starting to show their age (remember they are rentals!), but the owners of this one have added some particularly thoughtful additions...shelving in baths for all your stuff, extra outlets next to the bed for all your devices, more dinnerware and glasses I've ever seen (owners must be martini connoisseurs!), key pad entrance for both entries (no keys!), and shower wands to get all the sand from all the crevices!! The AC was super cold and the water was super hot. Don't forget slippers or a pair of indoor flip flops and an outdoor pair...I swear sand multiplies! The patio is locked so you can keep all your sandy gear outside! Best part of the unit IMO! Sweetgrass was very responsive to inquiries, but consider their list of suggested items to bring with you as must bring with you. All the soaps, a dish sponge, trash bags, to name a few..... Thanks for sharing your unit with us!

Perfect Location and Comfortable Condo

This was the perfect property for a long weekend getaway to Isle of Palms. We left and wish we had been staying for the whole week. The beach could be seen out the kitchen and living rooms windows and had two access points - one by the pool and the other along the parking lot. The condo was equipped with the normal equipment, although this coffee lover would’ve loved a better coffee maker. Something that did not bother us but I could see affecting light sleepers is that because this is a lower level condo, we could hear the folks above us walking. But even that would not deter us from staying there again! Thanks for a great weekend!

Beautiful Home And Location!

The house was perfect! 2 adults, 3 kids, no problem! TVs in all rooms with an outstanding feel of comfort to match. Plenty of room left to have guest over as well. Great view of the water and you are literally 1 minute from having your toes in the sand. Even better the pool is even closer and just as nice as the home. It was our 1st time to the Isle of Palms so we were pleasantly surprised at the enormous beach on the other side of the dunes. HUGE!! We were already talking about renting the home again just hours after arriving! The rental process was virtually seamless too. We had a blast and would definitely recommend it to families or couples looking for their next vacation!! Thank You
