Everything was wonderful with the home.My husband is disabled and uses a cane or walker constantly in the house.It should be mentioned that the sink in den is between the living area and the master bedroom. Step down, step up.Not a big thing for someone with stable walking!We really enjoyed our time at this home & will rent again when husband is not coming on trip.The home is so comfortable & everything you need is there.

Last minute family getaway

Great location, stocked house, good communication with the host. We live in the Lowcountry and the stay here was a nice staycation that we all needed - felt like we were far away from home! The golf cart was so nice to have with littles to and from the beach, dinner, park, etc. Thank you!

Great IOP Stay

Josh’s property was perfect for our annual guys trip. The location was perfect with close access to the beach and IOP town center. Josh was a great, easy-to-reach host. The house comfortably slept us all and we stayed entertained with the ping pong table, pool, and common areas. Plenty of oak trees on the property and the pool was full of leaves and sand when we arrived on Thursday . The pool cleaner arrived on Friday afternoon fortunately and saved the weekend. 10/10 stay. Would come definitely come back.

Family Beach Time

This property is wonderful for families! It has so much to offer inside and out. The walk to the beach was only 7 minutes and the house had all the beach gear we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the two living rooms and loft allowed for multiple visiting/gaming locations. The owner was available anytime we had a question and helped make our stay as good as it could be given there was a tropical storm sitting over the island all week. Will certainly come back!

The perfect house - again!

This was our 2nd consecutive stay w/ our extended family of 8 (3 generations). Discovered it last year when unable to reserve the house we stayed in 2022. We were so impressed with all the amenities, excellent condition of house & manager responsiveness that we returned. This yr even better: up-grades inside & on grounds!! Back in '25!

Great place!

Our family really enjoyed our week long stay at this home. It is very well appointed with everything you need to be comfortable. The garage is full of pool floats, beach toys, boogie boards, bikes, and a golf cart. The kitchen has every utensil, dish, & pan you could need. It was a bit farther from the beach than I expected but that was my mistake in not checking the map carefully. But with the golf cart, it is within a few minutes. We highly recommend this home!

10/10 rental for a large group!

My friends and family were looking for a rental fit for a large group with a large outdoor entertaining area - this house was everything we wanted and more! Josh was great leading up to our stay, making sure we had everything we needed and even offering an additional golf cart for our stay. Everyone in the group raved about the house and its location - less than a 10 min walk to the beach! We would definitely stay here again.

Beach wedding/Family vacation

Our daughter was married on the beach at Wild Dunes. After the wedding weekend we moved to the terrific house to relax for 5 nights. The house was beautiful and we all enjoyed our stay- from the 5 year old to the 78 year old! Josh took care of everything for us that we needed as soon as we asked. We’re hoping to return next summer!

Great Location, Pool and Stuff

The house is located close to the IOP Bridge which makes coming and going from the Island easy. More importantly, the location provides great access to the beach, especially with golf carts. Our six grand children luved heading down 25th street to the beach on a golf cart, with a golf cart you can get closer to the beach and there is plenty of dedicated golf cart parking. Backyard is great for family gatherings around the pool and outside dinners. We have stayed in several more luxurious places on the IOP but none we enjoyed more because of its location, pool, backyard, and interior arrangement.

Enjoyed our stay

The property was lovely and clean. Very nice bedrooms and baths. Around the range in the kitchen could have been a little cleaner. But the kitchen is very well supplied. There is an extra fridge in the garage which is very helpful. The pool was very nice and maintained well. We paid to have it heated and it was well worth it. We used it every day. Very nice fenced backyard and patio area. Beach bikes, toys, pool toys were there for us to use along with a wagon for the beach. The owner kept in touch and was available for any issue that came up. This was a great alternative to being on the beach. The beach was not far and we had the golf cart and bikes to get there. The backyard offered a great area to swim and relax. Truly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Great July 4th Holiday Week

Our family of six stayed here for the week of July 4th. The house was just as pictured and in great shape upon arrival. We had an issue with the golf cart but it was promptly addressed and we got an alternate cart for the rest of the week. The back yard was very private and shaded but all the trees means a lot of debris in the pool. Not a big deal, just be ready to do a quick pass with the pool net a couple times a day and empty the skimmer baskets a couple times a day. The loft can get a bit warm during the day but it was better at night. The Nintendo and all the TVs and various hang out areas were a big hit.

Lovely Home & Perfect Location!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location was an easy distance from the beach, especially with the golf cart. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very spacious for all 9 of us! The kitchen had just about everything we needed, and having beach chairs, wagon and supplies was lovely. I do think it is necessary to know that the breaks on the golf cart do not work effectively, even if you pump them like the tape on the cart says. We had to use the emergency break instead, which was a little disappointing considering the high cost of using the cart during our stay. Also, 3/5 bikes did not have air in the tires, and were rusted making them impossible to use. During our stay, we had people come work on the yard one day and a separate person come spray for bugs on another. It would have been nice to have been communicated with that there would be people working in the yard during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time and the house provided many useful things for us, and we would stay again! Thank you!

BEST PLACE IN IOP

Visited here last weekend for a big golf trip. The owner was extremely helpful, let us check in early, and the house was very clean. We used the golf carts and that was as very nice being on the island. Grocery store and breakfast places less than half a mile away. 100% will be booking here next time I’m in town
