Beautiful home. Walking distance to the beach and the grocery store. Plenty of space for multiple families. Well stocked dishes in the kitchen! Would stay again if we are in the area in the future!

The home is well situated in IoP and fit 8 of us very well! But there were cobwebs in a lot of the corners of the ceiling, the lights in primary bath didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed. The bench in the primary bath shower needed to be thrown out it was so full of rotten wood and the bath rug needed to be clean. The l The kitchen was well stocked but also disorganized and a bit chaotic to find anything. The backyard was mostly dirt and needed some attention. It wasn’t a terrible pla

House was in a good location and property manager was responsive. Pool was never cleaned. There is no screened in porch as I thought was advertised. Otherwise great house for large family close to everything. I would recommend more than 2 tvs.

Great Stay!

What a find on the IOP! This house was so close to the beach, the bars/restaurants, and the grocery store- you could walk there! The house was perfect for our group and we were able to spread out and enjoy the house. We loved our time here and will definitely be back. Sweetgrass answered all of my questions before arriving. The lockbox information was sent ahead of time making check in super easy. The house was clean, beds comfortable, and overall was a great trip to the area!

Fabulous stay on isle of palms

The house on Isle of Palms was just perfect for our family. It is well appointed with a great kitchen, each bedroom with a bathroom, the pool outback is fabulous, a nice porch outback, as well as porches out front. The location is ideal. Two blocks from the beach. We rented a golf cart, which was nice to have as we went around the island. Highly recommend this property.

Great house for a family Thanksgiving

The house was even more beautiful than the photos. Our family of 11 fit nicely at the gorgeous round dining table, and had Thanksgiving dinner on the stunning porch. Great location and wonderful, beautiful house

Clean, well equipped, great location

This property was perfect for friends meeting up for a long weekend. We had 10 adults in our group and it felt super spacious. We loved that there were indoor and outdoor options that comfortably fit all of us together to hang out, eat and socialize. The location was great with coffee, groceries, restaurants, bars and the beach all a short walk away. Communication was super easy and the place was clean, well equipped and beautiful. We would definitely come back here again!

Very nice home. Good location.

This home was very nice, clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were and what an added bonus the pool was. Nathan was amazing and answered any and all questions promptly. I would absolutely recommend this property to future renters!

Beautiful Home but...

the washer really needs some TLC. I know it's the nature of the climate but the mold in the rubber casing was a bit much for me to overlook. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much. The home was well equipped with anything you could possibly need. Thanks so much!

Great space for beach time and relaxation!

We had a great time at this house! The owners were very friendly. The bathrooms and bedrooms are modern and up to date, the pool (though a bit chilly) is great, and the outside space is perfect for spending time with friends. We had a large group staying and you couldn’t hear all the downstairs ruckus upstairs or vice versa. Almost every room has its own bathroom which makes getting ready as a group much easier. Super close to the grocery store and liquor store as well as one block from the beach. Great stay!!!

Beautiful and Well Maintained Home

This home was perfect for my large family. It’s well stocked cook’s kitchen was a highlight for me because I love to cook for family and friends. Everything is well stocked so all you will need is your food. The hosts were extremely nice, accommodating, and made communicating an ease. I will definitely book and stay at this home again during future visits to the area. Thank you for such a great stay.

Wonderful getaway on Isle of Palms!

The house was perfectly set up for multiple families. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Very close to Harris Teeter and good restaurants. We rented a golf cart and used it to go to the store, dinners and to the beach. Overall, it was an excellent rental property!
