The open area of the living space, dining area and kitchen are perfect for your vacationing needs. It’s an overall beautifully landscaped complex with access to charcoal grills. **ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas.
