This was really a great house! Steps from the beach and an outdoor area to shower off the sand. The enclosed porch was ideal for quiet night time sitting. The kitchen was well equipped (but don't expect to find any cooking ingredients). Everyone in our family group was very pleased with their rooms and the common areas. We'd do it again. Location is so convenient to shopping.Renting beach chairs and boogie boards were a must.

Comfortable for family time and fantastic view

This was one of the most comfortable places we have stayed at while in IOP. So nicely decorated and the screened porch was perfect for relaxing and watching/hearing the ocean waves come in.

Perfect in Every Way!!

This beach house was in the perfect location for 6 friends to vacation at the beach. Plenty of room, very clean and well-stocked with everything one would need. The view from the screened in porch was amazing!! We loved this beach house!!

Beach Club Villa 35

Lovely home and we enjoyed our stay. One note…master bath sink stopper is not working properly. We did have an issue with the AC. Upstairs unit stopped working….then started up again. AC was checked out the next day and all seemed to be ok….no reason for it to have shuto down. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. Having the Sports card was great as we are swimmers and were able to swim our laps. Much appreciated. Pat Beatty

Great property and beach

The condo met our expectations and then some. It was just as pictured. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach is very wide, plenty of room to space out. The water so nice and warm, we spent a lot of our time out on the beach. Would definitely recommend thi property!

Wonderful Propery

I can’t say enough good things about this rental unit. Upscale decor and furnishings, “white glove” clean. Excellent ocean front location. Our only “wish” was for a dresser in master. I understand that many rentals have the master closet locked for owners use and therefore didn’t mind putting our hanging clothing in kids’ rooms. But my husband and I were forced to live literally out of our suitcases. The armoire in the bedroom houses the TV and other electronic equipment. There were two chairs in bedroom...would have rather had one chair and a chest of drawers. Other than this small inconvenience, this unit was perfect. I have stayed in several units at Beach Club Villas and this unit was by far the best!

Unit was clean, updated and well decorated and furnished throughout. Amazing views of ocean and beach. Would have appreciated a more stocked kitchen, including paper towels, slat/pepper, napkins, coffee filters, olive oil: basics to get us started until we could do a thorough grocery run.

Fantastic Location With All the Necessites

Converging from VA and TX, our family of 4 adults and two young grandsons had a wonderful and memorable stay at Beach Club Villa. The location couldn't be better being directly on the beach and within the Wild Dunes community, and many an evening was spent gazing out over the Atlantic as thunderstorms moved up the coast. The townhouse had everything we needed, with an especially well-equipped kitchen. Every room was clean and perfect, beds were very comfortable, and the outside shower area was ideal for storing beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.. The check-in process was the most convenient we have ever experienced. We HIGHLY recommend this property and we intend to return.

We have vacationed with our family at Wild Dunes for a number of years and always enjoyed our stay. Beach Club Villa #35 is one of our favorite accommodations. Its newly renovated interior and location made our 2018 beach vacation one of the best ever.

Loved it! Fabulous!

There were 3 couples. Worked out beautifully! Everyone had their own space. Ate breakfast and lunch everyday in the fabulous screened porch and watched sunrises from the balcony off the master bedroom. I will definitely rent again. AND RIGHT ON THE BEACH!
