This is by far the nicest of homes in the Wild Dunes Community. Clean, Serene, ammenities galor. The large screened in porch with it's comfortable sectional overlooking the marsh is incredible. Host supplied all needed for a weeks stay. Outdoor dining setup is perfect for meals. Several sweet sitting spots on the ground level outdoors to enjoy this beautiful picture painted marsh view.

Loved our stay! The view from the screened porch is beautiful--The small home was perfect for our family of four (parents, 2 young adult daughters). What I noticed first was the cleanliness. Every space was well maintained with dust free baseboards and doors, a perfectly clean coffee pot, outdoor furniture wiped down-- things many owners neglect. The owner payed attention to every detail: the kitchen was well equipped, there were hooks in the bathrooms where we needed them, easy access to step stools and such. I appreciated the timely communication with the owner. Everything about this stay was easy and comfortable.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Marsh House! The home is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with beautiful marsh views. We were visiting our son on Daniel Island and celebrating a family reunion for one of our boys returning from abroad.The location was peaceful and scenic. Communication with the owner was excellent, with clear directions and great local suggestions. We’d definitely stay again!

The house is stunning!!! My kids and I had plenty of space to hang out together, or enjoy some time alone. Sitting on a rocking chair looking at the marsh was my favorite thing. The host made sure we had everything we needed. We had a trip to remember!!! Highly recommend!!! Thanks for everything!

What a great weekend. Great place to stay for Windjammer events while still having some privacy. Owner was with quick with responses to questions and was happy to provide recommendations. Would definitely stay and again and certainly would recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Serenity on Marsh Isle! The house was clean and the listing was accurate. The location was perfect and tucked away on a quiet street. Our favorite part was sitting on the screened in porch watching the wildlife and seeing the beautiful sunsets over the marsh. The house is walking distance to the beach and restaurants at Wild Dunes. The host was very responsive in coordinating with our grocery delivery and rented baby equipment. The house had all the essentials we needed as well as games, puzzles, books for the adults and some toys and books for our toddler. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Janette for being an amazing host!

July 4th weekend

The house was the right set up for our family of 4 for a long weekend vacation. All the bedrooms had cozy king beds. The kitchen was set up with everything we needed. There were even beach chairs and a beach cart for us to use which was helpful so we didn’t have to bring from home. The best part about our trip was sitting on the back screened in porch overlooking the marsh! We had coffee every morning sitting on the sofa as well as a glass of wine at night. We loved watching the birds and one morning a light storm came through. Just beautiful watching it from the marsh view. Me and my family will definitely stay here again! And Janette was amazing! Very responsive to every question and need that we had!

Lovely Stay

We had a great stay, appreciated the comfortable sleeping spaces and well-equipped kitchen. Spent lots of time in the screened porch watching the birds and took many walks to the beach, was glad to have the provided beach chairs to take with us. Really nice property and host!

Excellent home - great relaxation

My family and I loved our stay, especially the screened porch overlooking the marsh. The home was very clean and well appointed. Janette was very responsive to all of our inquiries. This is a great location in Wild Dunes to rest and relax, which is exactly what my family needed. Yet, so close to the resort amenities. We look forward to staying at this home again.

The name says it all!

This property was everything I expected & more based on the pictures showed. Very serene atmosphere and the views of the marsh were the best. Our favorite place was the back porch watching for birds. The 12 minute walk to the beach was good and shelling was fun. The property had everything we needed for a beach day. Felt very secure being in a gated community. The house was absolutely perfect with everything you would need and very clean. The beds were the best. I gave it a five star and would return.

Weekend Getaway

We had an amazing stay once again at this beautiful beach house on Isle of Palm. The views of the marsh from the cute screening in porch are fantastic. We enjoyed our coffee as the sun came up. The house is clean and well appointed. We are walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We had such a nice time. Thank you again for always making us feel like home.

New Englanders in IOP

We 4 adults had a wonderful stay in this fantastic wonderfully-located property in IOP. Very clean and comfortable. Incredibly private with awesome views of the marsh and all the birds that call the marsh home. Morning coffee and sunset watching in the screened-in room was the best. Beds were also very high quality which is one of the most important aspects of being away from home. Would recommend this property to anyone.Happy and satisfied Mainers

True Serenity

Our week long stay in this calm and tranquil marsh view home was wonderful. We enjoyed our mornings relaxing and watching the different birds in the marsh and made sure we were "home" in the evenings to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The host was so easy to work with, gave great local pointers and the house is exactly as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked and had every thing we needed. There were also beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys for children and a beach cart which made the beach so easy.This was our first time staying in the Wild Dunes complex and we'll be back for sure and will hope to stay at Serenity on the Marsh again!

Great place

We came in town for a friends wedding and this was the perfect spot for us. The view from the patio every morning and evening was amazing! A screened in porch and an outside patio were both great. Kitchen had everything we needed. The house is clean and has everything you need. Overall green place and would definitely recommend

Cozy house in a great location

We enjoyed staying in this house while in town for the bridge run. The screened in patio was a great place to relax after the race. The location is perfect because it's close to everything in IOP but tucked back so it's nice and quiet.

A Fabulous Find !!

We so enjoyed our stay at this Wild Dunes property!! The check in process was quick and easy. The home is exactly like the pictures, (newly remodeled, beautifully appointed and impeccably clean). The property is tucked into a quiet corner with scenic views of the marsh and golf course.... the back deck is simply heaven .. we enjoyed a nice bottle of champagne on the screened in deck.. such wonderful memories. The host, Janette is very conscientious, thoughtful and quick to respond. I can't say enough good things about this entire experience.. Very Impressive! We will definitely be returning. Our new home away from home at Wild Dunes!!

This property is everything it says it is & more! The views are beautiful, rooms are cozy, and Jannett is the queen of ensuring her guests have everything they need! This was our home for my wedding weekend and it was truly perfect! Not a thing went missed- Jannett even left us some chocolates to make things extra special. Of our many rentals- the service was above & beyond! The home is incredibly clean & beds are super comfy. We LOVED the outdoor space- screen and unscreened. I would absolutely recommend and return!
