Second year staying here and we will be back again. Perfect space for a family vacation with our adult children and 4 young grandchildren. Great kitchen, decks, pool, proximity to beach and restaurants. We really love this end of the island, quiet yet close to everything you need.

Amazing rental property

The most perfect beach rental! Layout is amazing for friends and family gathered to spend time together. Location is great, on a quiet stretch of IOP just 1 block from the beach. Plenty of space for all guests. Very new and clean home with all the conveniences. Would love to stay there again!

Everybody Happy

We had five couples in our group. The house was perfect. Everyone had a nice bedroom/bathroom combo, and the kitchen and other gathering spaces were great! A wonderful week.

Great house

We love the space in this house and its' proximity to everything. Great rental for a large family. Not a fan of Avantstay, the rental agency. Their call center was definitely in another country and those answering the phones had no clue what they were doing. In the future, I will bypass Avantstay and call the Beachside Realty office instead, they were wonderful.

Family Memories Beach Vacation 2022

Beautiful home! Fabulous house for family. Great location to the beach. Pool 🙌🙌 it would be nice if you had some bunk beds for the kids. Air conditioner didn’t work consistently on the first floor.

Spring into Ilse of Palms

Beautiful property and area. Had a lovely week's stay with family. There were a few issues. A couple of the electrical breakers tripped while here (water heater and then disposal/dishwasher) but no issue after reset. The dryer (control board) failed early in the stay, not repaired due to waiting for the part. Hard to predict that one I suppose. Otherwise it woul have been a higher rating. Still, very nice rental, clean and maintained well. Wonderful time. Short walk to the beautiful beach.

Just as good as it seems

After booking this property I was skeptical that it could really live up to the hype from the online profile. But I am happy to report this property lived up to, and exceeded my expectations. Arguably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in and everything was in excellent condition. No one in our group wanted to leave! You will not regret booking this place, it is amazing!

Rock the Block Style and Comfort

This house was so thoughtfully designed. It was perfectly laid out to give everyone private space but with very large areas for everyone to sit at the kitchen table and outside deck which we used every day. It’s a gorgeous house with every detail worked out. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing, especially the huge master shower room. It’s located on the quiet side of the island and one short block to the beach access on 7th and close to Sullivan’s Island for dining out. We were here for our sons wedding and now know where we can stay next time we come to visit. I definitely will be back.

Great vacation property!

We loved our stay! House was spectacular and could not have asked for anything more! Pool was shaded/ chilly this time of year (end of September). I received way too many emails from property manager - would have appreciated one email with all details rather than 10+ and had to figure out where the new information was.

Our annual family trip

My husband & I try to take all our children and grandchildren on an annual trip. This house became our home for a few days. The kids had a blast and parents were able to kick back and enjoy the spacious accommodations. We dined in-house with plenty of room for relaxation.

Incredible Home!

We could not have been more pleased - fabulous home, pictures do not do it justice. All rooms spacious, furniture high end comfortable and a large well equipped kitchen. Loved the pool with the large shaded area as well as the large porch off the kitchen/LR for dining or sitting. Extra frig in laundry off the kitchen was a plus. Plenty of room, but still had places for privacy. Very close to the beach. We will definitely rent this house again and highly recommend it.

Perfectly clean, big and brand-new house for a large group of friends

We were blown away by our experience at 616 Carolina Blvd. As a large group, we were craving a balance between big gathering spaces for meals and games, as well as private space for working and sleeping. We got both and more. Everyone was so comfortable in their bedrooms and private bathrooms, and we had more than enough space to entertain everyone comfortable over dinner. Furthermore, the kitchen was well-stocked for home-cooked meals among a big group and all of the appliances and other features were top-notch. Hidden bonuses were the second refrigerator to house all our food and the rooftop patio for yoga. And the best part? We were a stone's throw from the beach. We simply cannot recommend the house enough and look forward to returning next year.

Great vacation

Great vacation with 4 families. We did have a maintenance issue. The response of the property manager was extremely quick. The maintenance man showed up after 9pm in a timely manner and he was extremely through. We stayed in the house with 4 pairs of adults and 4 children. There was plenty of room for everyone. Loved having a bathroom in all of the adult rooms. Great place great vacation!!!

Great Family Beach House!

We loved our week here. Beach was super close, the House was huge and perfect for a big group, and we could walk to restaurants. The drive from the airport was also short and traffic to the island was light, even on a summer Saturday. Would recommend.

Comfortable & ,Complete

This home was very beautiful and comfortable! We felt as if we could have actually stayed at the house all week because everything we needed was at our fingertips. It's a great home for large or small groups. Beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for spreading out to watch a movie or play a board game. The swimming pool a large enough to do laps or just float around in. We had a wonderful week there.
