Beautiful Home, Great Communication

Home is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Added perks of beach rental credit is awesome since the beach is across the street. Management is extremely responsive to questions via text. We unfortunately did not have wifi the entire stay due to a local outage which is obviously out of their control but would have been nice for them to address this as this made all TVs unusable and even phone coverage was unavailable.

An Absolute Dream!

The place exceeded our expectations. Perfect for four couples. Everything was exceptional: the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen were all beautifully decorated and well equipped. The pool area was amazing and perfect for our group. Quick walk to the beach as well. Highly, highly recommended.

Very clean and beautifully maintained, this spacious retreat offers everything you need for a perfect getaway. The photos are an accurate reflection of the real experience—modern decor, cozy beds, pool, hot tub, outdoor cooking and all the amenities you expect. 60th Birthday Celebration

We stayed on the property for my mother's 60th birthday and absolutely loved it. We appreciated how thoughtfully the home was designed for large groups. Even with a group of 10, we were able to congregate in the living room. The house is very high tech, which made our stay seamless with endless opportunities for engagement. The kitchen is stunning and fully stocked for cooking large meals. We hope to return!

Great House

We booked this house for a long weekend to celebrate one of our daughters' birthday. The house was very clean, extremely well stocked, comfortable and luxurious all at the same time. Short walk to the broad beach and all in all perfect house for family and a few friends to celebrate a birthday.

Did not receive what was listed as amenities

We stayed at this house last week specifically for the elevator due to traveling with a 5 week old. No one told us it was not working prior to arrival.it was not working the entire time. Also the key pad is not working and there is one key to use for multiple family’s. When i asked about this- the suggestion was to leave the garage door open and was told everyone does it and no one prior to us had a problem with it. The pool was yellow and cloudy when we arrived and did not clear up till late on our second night. There were little bugs all over the kitchen counter and sink the entire stay. These things were conveyed over and over during our stay with no resolve. They did offer one night refund to which they did not refund the tax or host fee which is an extra $417 and ive emailed countless time and now we are being ignored. I absolutely do not recommend this company!

Gorgeous Property

We stayed here for 6 nights in mid-February. The property was immaculate and the location was wonderful. We are a family of 4 so this house had much more space than we needed. For a summer stay it would be great to share with friends or family. We loved the open living/dining/kitchen, the three porches to choose from, and the heated pool. The large dedicated laundry space was so helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, and cooking utensils. There were also charging stations with plugs and USB ports conveniently placed around the house and bedrooms. The temperature was low 60s when we visited and my two boys had no qualms about swimming in the heated pool although it was not warm enough for the adults. The walk to beach is easy and just across the street. When I had questions about the property prior to booking, they were answered quickly. Overall it was a wonderful vacation and we would absolutely stay here again.

Gorgeous house in great location!!

The house is gorgeous and the kitchen well stocked. Make sure to read the welcome letter because pool/beach towels aren't included but are easy to rent for a minimal fee. Not a big deal. The beach access is LITERALLY 10-15 steps from the house, and there is a rec center with indoor basketball courts that are available for the kids to go and play in. Don't even need a parent to sign in and out (we had 12-16 year olds with us). Would definitely rent again in a heartbeat!!

Pampered in Paradise!

Palms Paradise is a fabulous vacation home just steps to the beach - brand new with high end finishes and a gorgeous interior design flair throughout. The owners went above and beyond with the little touches - a basket of beautifully rolled blankets for movie nights on the huge sectional sofa, thoughtful power outlets on each night stand that accommodated a myriad of electronics, and the best stocked kitchen we've seen in a beach rental. The home is beautiful and the floorplan is perfect - huge open area for dining and entertainment, with each of the 5 bedrooms tucked away and quiet. The owners suite is sensational! We enjoyed the variety of porches, one screened and one with a beautiful porch swing. The pool and hot tub were perfect after the beach. The IOP Escapes management team was fantastic and Chris, Jeremy and Amy checked on us throughout our stay to be sure we had all that we needed. We loved our stay and will definitely book again!
