Great location. Beautiful area and at the beach. Main bathroom and appliances are new, but cupboards and furniture are old. Some are falling apart. Plates and cutlery are new. Had some issue with the fridge not working but AvantStay took great care of us. Pool is great. Access to beach is close. We had lots of rain and had to walk thru lots of ankle deep water which was stale and smelly with lots of mosquitoes to get to the beach. It dried out after a few days and access to the beach was more pleasant. Missed access to a gas or coal BBQ grill. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice property. Check-in was easy, beds were very comfortable. Very Clean. Recommend the wash machine be cleaned better to eliminate the mold on the seal.

Our New Favorite Place!

This was our first trip to Isle of Palms, but we already plan to revisit as soon as possible! The location of the property is perfect for a family with kids. It’s right on the bike path which made it super easy to ride with the kids. Landscaping was beautiful and the view from the balcony was gorgeous! We all loved the pool, which was never crowded, and the pathway to the beach was nice. The kids enjoyed the swings and would stop every time to swing for a bit on our walk to the beach. The condo was decorated nicely with modern kitchen appliances and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and wifi worked great! To top it all off, the condo was exceptionally clean!! The cleanliness made it so much more comfortable than some places we have stayed in the past. We will definitely return to Isle of Palms and hope to stay in 309B Shipwatch when we do!!

My BEST VACATION EVER.

This is THE PERFECT PLACE for your vacation. I loved everything from the place . You only need to bring yourself, that's it. And buy your own food ( of course) The " apartment " is perfectly equipped. I will look forward to staying with you as many times as I can. Thank you, Amelia.

Great spot for a getaway

This was our first visit to IOP, and we were thrilled to have a resort-like beach view and pool access. The accommodations were excellent. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated. We would definitely stay again in the future!

March 2024

Visited Isle of Palm for the first time this March heading home from Florida to Kentucky. The Shipwatch condo complex is a wonderful location in Wild Dunes. Our unit 309B was very clean and comfortable. Well equipped. The room provides a wonderful view of the pool and beach. Electronics are up to day. We will return to Isle of Palm some day and attempt to stay at Shipwatch again.

Very nice stay

Wild Dunes is very nice with the fantastic bike paths and beautiful landscaping. Shipwatch has a lovely pool but the property is just showing its age. Older appliances, especially washer and dryer. Nice outdoor furniture on patio. Good experience with the rental company, who were very helpful.

Great time

We had a great time in our annual mother/daughter IOP trip. The location was perfect and the home was beautiful. The check in and out process was seamless and the home was equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Only complaint is that the volume buttons on living room tv remote which meant volume was stuck too low and unable to enjoy watching tv together.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL

Unit was perfect. Fantastic view everyday Pools looked very nice but did not use Beach was a treasure. Unit has been updated All furniture comfortable. Every kitchen tool Wanted Third floor allowed the best views Beautifully. Appointed. Bed was comfortable. Nearby Restaurants very good. Oysters and shrimp IOP RAW BAR. LONG ISLAND CAFE and the superior CODA DE PESCE for a splurge😊 On top of that Charleston so close. What a Package!

Fall Break!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location! Great access to the beach and a wonderful view! The deck that leads to the beach could use some maintenance, but the proximity was great. The only thing we really missed during our stay was a couple of throw blankets. Otherwise it had everything that we needed!

2021 IOP trip

You can't beat the location - gated community, overseeing the large pool and beautiful inviting ocean. I love the walk in shower. One year they had a closet that people could borrow things or leave extras of plates and napkins....it was really cool. Our 2nd year staying here. Thanks

Wonderful week at the beach

We had a great time at the beach. Condo was very clean. Kitchen was stocked with anything you might need to cook. We loved the two king size beds. So often that is hard to find and my son in law is 6'4" . You can imagine how uncomfortable it would be for him to sleep in a twin bed. Will definitely try to stay at this location again.

Great Stay with a Wonderful View

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. We made dinner most nights and everything we needed to make our meals. The view of the pool area and the beach was fantastic.
