This is the PERFECT location for a Spring Break or family beach trip. We had two families, totaling 11 people, including 7 kids, and it was a great space for a week by the beach! You're an easy drive away from Charleston, too, in case you want to get away for a day and visit a great city, one we keep coming back to. The house is incredibly close to the beach, yet you also feel like you're not too close and it's quiet. You can easily bike ride everywhere, and shops and restaurants are a quick walk away. We'd come back to this house in a heartbeat! I miss it already!

Beautiful weather, great location with limited amenities

We have been coming to IOP Wild Dunes for years. Recently the amenities have been unavailable unless you rent with a specific company. In the past there were more options and availability. None of this is outlined in the individual homes when you rent.

Great Girls Getaway

Wonderful condo with everything we needed. Bedrooms were large with their own bathrooms which we loved. The living area was perfect for 7 women and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved being so close to the beach. Having the free bikes was wonderful and we bike all over the gated community on the beautiful bike paths. We all agreed we would come back th this lovely area.

Great location

The location was terrific. Very close walk to the beach and the pools. With young children, it was easy to get to the beach, the pool, and nearby food. The check-in process was not as easy as we imagined, since our bucket of information wasn't left at the property, but the property manager provided us with the wifi password and our information packet the next morning. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We had a fantastic time!

Wonderfully clean and furnished property with plenty of space. Grill and pantry were needed.

Great space, well furnished and close to amenities and beach. Wish we could have had grill and more room for food storage. Otherwise very well furnished and extremely clean. Also, great service from property management. Easy check in.

138 Grand Paviliin

We were able to book this location on fairly short notice, and were pleasantly surprised with proximity to the beach and pool, large size of the bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and convenient delivery of our bikes and beach equipment. We had everything that we needed. The only issues with the property were broken glass window in the MBR, and the carpet on the stairs was in need of cleaning or replacing. Making the reservation, checking-in, and delivery & pick-up of beach gear all went very smoothly. We would enjoy staying in this unit again.

Great area!

The house overall was great. Definitely needs some better lighting in the bathrooms and a separate switch for the bathroom fans. Horribly annoying. Other than that everything was great. I would probably arrange the tv over the mantel and move the sectional away from the windows and French doors. Would allow the other foot to open and let more natural light in. The beds were super comfortable and clean.
