There were hiccups with key not being in lockbox, car having no gas for 1st day of vacation and then totally broke down when we had to transport family & belongings to Ferry but homeowner was quick to respond to everything and locals provided transport. Also property manager changed hands and we were not aware of this. Stressful start and finale but inbetween was great! This stuff happens!"

"The property is well located and has an amazing dock by the water. It was very clean, large kitchen and nice new bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay, we relax on the dock and also explore Peggy’s cove and Lunenburg close by. The owners we easy to communicate with, clear indications and very nice. "We spent three nights at Rock haven and were very pleased with the property. sitting out on the porch with a view of the bay was very peaceful. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. "Lived in Mahone Bay for a while in 1981. Still such a picturesque town and beautiful coastline to explore.The lovely unit of Pam and David’s was clean, comfortable, quiet and beautifully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen, short walk to the main town. Private and elegant, parking, good Wifi, felt like home. Wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights."

"A week at the Hilltop Retreat was great…a month would have been better. This quaint little cottage provided a cozy but plentiful space for our family of four. We enjoyed the large, open yard, with plenty of room for outdoor activities, and the beautiful ocean view while sitting and drinking coffee every morning. We made great use of the golf clubs, kayaks and bicycles. The cottage provided a great base for us while we explored the south shore. We hope to visit again very soon!"
