"Really cute place, clean, beautiful renovation, good location, owner was easy to communicate with. The bed was really comfortable. My only negative was that in the king pond view room the AC blows right on the bed. I had a hard time sleeping but my husband was ok. We only stayed one night so I dealt with it but if we were there longer I might've asked to change rooms if the AC was different in another room. But overall I would book again on another trip to Sanibel. "

"This is a brand new truly lovely resort. Large rooms with high ceilings, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. bathroom was spa like and the decorating was beautiful. Located right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. "

There is a beautiful private beach included just a short walk away and all of the beach paraphernalia that you could need. There were a few idiosyncrasies to this house. The biggest is the bedroom situation. For the second bedroom you must go through the first bedroom or go outside. It is definitely inconvenient. "Our stay at this property on Sanibel Island was mixed. There were a few positives - the beds were decent, the air conditioning worked well, and the kitchen had the basics to cook meals. The TV setup was fine too.However, there were several serious issues that made the stay disappointing.
