"Such a fantastic and quiet hotel! The view from the balcony is just amazing. The room is nice and I loved the breakfast provided everyday. Daniela is very helpful. The location is also very good--you can reach the Ponte in a few minutes by walking. I recommend this hotel to everyone!"

"Nous avons tout aimé ! Le personnels est ultra sympathique et se plie en 4 pour que votre séjour soit au top ! Très très agréable avec les enfants ! "Wie bereits vor vier Jahren hatten wir hier einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Wohnzimmer in der Höhle und die grosse Terrasse sind einzigartig, die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gepflegt eingerichtet. Das Haus von Federico ist sehr zu empfehlen. Mit der Umgebung waren wir phasenweise nicht zufrieden: vom benachbarten Hotel und den Strandhotels wird man beschallt, wer Ruhe sucht, ist nicht gut bedient. "I agree with another reviewer who mentioned that the views are even better than the photos in the listing. The property is in a quiet area with a bus stop right out front for convenience. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Overall, very happy with our stay and would book again.again"

"This villa is spectacular. The inside is so airy and bright. Everything was super clean. The rental agency did some grocery shopping for us at no extra charge. They were very responsive on whatsapp. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The patios and pool deck were amazing. Highly recommend and would return. "

"An absolutely beautiful place to spend nine days. Maria is charming and friendly, the little apartment was beautiful and well kept. The pool is lovely! We'd never thought of renting a place with a pool but this was a bonus. We especially appreciated how helpful Maria was, no matter what time we called her for assistance, and when we had trouble arranging shopping, she stepped in to help immediately. "Charming stay in the apartment. Since it is built into a stone cave the room climate is always very comfortable. Bus stops and mini markets are near by. Overall very pleasant stay, would book again :) Two points of criticism though:1) the furniture is quite similar but not exaclty the same as on the pictures2) there is a rather large gap in the backdoor, which makes it easy for mosquittos to come in at night"

"Es ist eine traumhafte Wohnung in einer traumhaften Umgebung mit einer grandiosen Aussicht. Jeder der Abstand vom Alltag sucht und Italien von seiner (für uns) schönsten Seite kennenlernen möchte, findet hier was er sucht. Eine sehr nette Vermieterfamilie und eine Wohnung der es an nichts fehlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!"

"Could do with a complete refurbish. Two rooms had no hot water. Toilet seats missing . Some bathrooms had black mould and needs resealing . Could not cook as cooking equipment dated not even a sharp knife to cut melon. Only three teaspoons . We had seven children . We did not eat in once. The barbecue was dirty dated and not useable. We paid €10 for bedding and towels each person . Most towels ok, two bedrooms had old towels I would use as dog towels. One couple left after one week as they could...

"Bon esmorzar, bona vista, transport gratuït a Forio. Amabilitat. Vam arribar tard, ens van preparar sopar, molt.bo, però al moment de fer el check-out ens van adonar que les begudes no wstaven incloses, no ens ho havien informat. Tot i això, una estada molt bona."
