"BEST: location in the old town Dubrovnik, every spot at a walking distancie. WORST: overpriced (as mostly everything in Dubrovnik). Apartments are located over a restaurant which is very noisy during the day. They closed at 10 pm and you can rest during the night. Entrance is through the tables of the restaurant's terrace"

"Whilst functional the property is very dated and in need of repair. Boiler only allows for 1 shower. Crack in TV screen and cooker splash back. Curtains illfitting allow in light. Balcony furniture old and uncomfortable. The ability to use the facilities in the hotel next door saved the holiday.reception staff pleasant and accommodating but it should not be necessary to ask for things like beach towels, a drying rack for clothes, change of towels mid way through week.
