Was changed to another hotel.
The row said it can support my reservation, so I was changed to the Manhattan hotel at Times Square. What a terrible experience. Without any maintenance, the hotel was dirty and old. The room size was above average in nyc, but the service was deficient. The bath was with hairs, you hace to ask for ...
