"The staff just make this hotel; they are amazing. The grounds are beautifully kept as is the swimming pool area. Housekeeping staff could not do enough for us; I needed hypoallergenic pillows which arrived within minutes. "Superb location above bus station so quick get away in the morning to catch a bus to where you want to go and even quicker to reach your apartment at the end of a long day. Very well equipped apartment and kitchen (although knives could be sharper!) and welcome tray with tea/crackers etc and basic cleaning essentials were a thoughtful and helpful touch.
