"We booked this property thinking it was a Ritz Carlton caliber room. The reality, it was more like a low budget hotel Furniture was old No cleaning service. We got two towels for all our stay The room was directly in the lobby on the first floor, so it was noisy No breakfast option in the property. The bed was small. It was advertised as beach front and you could not see the beach at all. It seemed like this room was the room that the condo owners use for their service personal We decided to...

"Sophia is a wonderful host very attentive and responds quickly. Property was as described. Walking distance to some amazing snorkeling, the beach and good restaurants. We had a great stay and will return again."

"Muy sucia, nesecitan mas limpieza ,la ropa de cama también sucia, horrible "

"Great unit on the best property on Singer Island. My family wanted a brief getaway during Spring Break and booked this trip. We have stayed at the property before, but not the unit. Was a great stay and the bedding, furniture, kitchen were all in good condition. Will visit again next time down to the beach!"

"It was a convenient stay, everything we needed they provided Walking distance to the beach and Phil foster park as well which was a plus"

"Comfortable place to stay. Excellent location. They have everything you need for a home away from home."

"I’m a Marriott loyalist, but this property is horrible! The site was expecting Florida to determine how great your stay was and never focused on us (the traveler). I would never recommend this resort. The food was, by far, the worst I have ever had with the service just as sub-par. On the last evening, someone from the resort staff entered our room without a knock or announcement. As we stood looking at each other he apologized and went to close the door. Then, he opened it back and asked if we...

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The views from our balcony were better than expected. There was always a chair available at the pool. The location of the property was central to everything we wanted to do. It was a perfect, much needed getaway. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The VRBO was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed. The host was outstanding—communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful from the time we booked until check-out.The location is fantastic, with an easy walk to the beach, as well as nearby restaurants and shops. It's also just a short walk to Blue Heron Bridge, which is perfect for snorkeling or simply enjoying the beautiful views. If you're an early riser, you may even be lucky enough to witness...

"Everything was perfect, beautiful property, clean, responsive host."

"The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, offering a stunning vista of both the beach and the intercoastal. It was truly a memorable experience. Property was clean and staff was AMAZING!"
