"Did not know that there were so many stairs to get to and from the bachelor apt., However Hosts were there at the time we arrived to check on things and graciously helped us up the stairs with our bags ! We really appreciated their friendliness and kindness after a long day . The oatmeal cookies that were left for us as a special treat were fantastic and waking up to a beautiful view with Canada geese on the lawn by the lake was amazing!"

"The woman's touch was evident; we didn't have to ask for anything extra, there were ample towels and everything was thought out in advance. The setting was idyllic, peaceful and serene. We enjoyed the meditation zone; it was magical. One should be aware there are no grocery shops or restaurants nearby. One is advised to arrive with supplies needed for your stay. The location is isolated but a welcome respite after days of travel. The Louisbourg fortress is a 35 minute drive away."

"This was an amazing property. Well maintained. Clean and great facilities. Lisa was amazing and other staff were very friendly. We did the trail to the brook and it was nicely marked. Getting up the hill was a challenge with heavy bags so consider taking staff up on offered assistance. Will for sure recommend this to others if they are traveling in the area."

"J'ai adoré notre séjour chez Sally's Brook. Lisa a été géniale avec nous. Le "cookhouse" était génial et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le lit etait HYPER confortable, je n'ai jamais aussi bien dormi. Petit astérisque, si vous choisissez le Hummingbird pod, c'est très petit. C'est mieux pour un couple ou une seule personne. J'étais avec mon père et mon chien, mon père a dormi confortablement sur le sofa lit, et on a trouvé un endroit pour mon chien aussi. Mais je recommande plus gros, si...

"Sin duda un sitio precioso y espectacular, con muchas actividades para familia, baloncesto, gimnasio y otros deportes para practicar. El desayuno o no estaba incluido pero tiene buen precio y estaba muy completo. La atención muy correcta. Las vistas al lago eran espectaculares, además la habitación cuenta con una terraza. Cenamos allí, porque no hay muchas opciones cerca. Las raciones eran muy grandes. Nachos Thai, Aros de cebolla caseros y batata frita. Sin duda de los mejores sitios. Lo Escogimos por estar céntrico en Cape Breton."
