The place was not very clean floors dirty, spider webs all over and there were on two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Also the hot tub had absolutely no chlorine in it. We loved the size and the set up of the house and great parking. Over all great place.

Great house for a large group. The location is remote, so come well supplied. Found many wonderful sights and activities in the area including Sawtell Peak, Coffee Pot Rapids, Mesa Falls and, of course, Yellowstone. Owner was great to work with.

Beautiful! Spacious and bigger inside than the pictures show. Great for large families. Comfortable beds. 2 washers and 2 dryers best idea ever! Two dishwashers and 2 fridges. Amazing idea and so helpful with a large group. Very large kitchen with ample space to cook and hang out. Great big hot tub! Big grassy area in back yard to hang out, it would be even better if that area had a pickleball court. We LOVED this house. The only disappointment we had here was the inside of the freezers and pantry could have been cleaner (lots of crumbs) and the back deck area was not clean. It really could have used a good power wash. I spent the first hour there spraying off the 3 large lifetime tables and scrubbing them up as well as removing the spider webs on them and 3 dead birds under them. The inside of the grill was not very clean but it worked well. The air conditioning worked soooo good on the main floor but did not work well upstairs where the other bedrooms and bathrooms are. Sleeping was very hot even after the host made some adjustments to the thermostat. We would for sure rent again if the air conditioning upstairs improved. Over all awesome clean comfortable house! Loved it!!!

Nice, Clean house in a beautiful location.

We stayed with 4 different families for a family reunion. The house was well-cleaned when we arrived. I assume the house is pretty new, everything as still in good repair. The back lawn was very thick and weed-free - the kids ran around barefoot without any problems. Firepit and hot tub were a hit to use. There were even beach chairs and a wagon to take down the the dock if you wanted to spend some time by the reservoir (about 0.5 mile walk, easy drive). A lot of huge TVs if that is important to you. Wifi was reliable. Only downside is this is a little more off the beaten path, which was made worse by road construction that was going on, making it 1-way traffic to enter this portion of Island Park. This added like 20 minutes of just sitting anytime we entered or left the area. You may want to check to see if that is still a thing or not. Totally unrelated to the house itself, just made the trip a little more annoying. Side-note to the owners - the top oven does not heat. The lower one does fine, which was adequate for our cooking needs. Everything else was in great condition.

Wonderful home for large families

This home worked very well for our family vacation to Yellowstone Park. It comfortably accommodated my wife and myself, our three children and their spouses, along with our 11 grandchildren. The spacious kitchen, and large dining area were wonderful, along with the large living room for gathering everyone together. We roasted marshmallows in the fire pit and it even snowed for 2 days in late June. My grandkids called it the “best vacation ever”.

Great location

Once again, our stay here was great. The house is so perfect for large groups, everyone had enough room to spread out and not be on top of one another! Although the weather did not cooperate this year and we spent more time in the house as usual, it was made that much easier by how great the house really is. We’ll be back again!

Best place ever!

It was beautiful! It was super clean and extremely comfortable. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. There was a beautiful big green yard for kids to play in, a hot tub, an upstairs game room with lots of comfortable couches, a laundry room, fireplace, a big beautiful table with room for our entire family of 22, and a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable. I can’t say enough about it. We all loved it!

Great location!!

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful spacious home. The living areas were great to accommodate our family. So many fun things to do! Our kids loved the pool table and ping pong table. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! It had wide open spaces that made it easy for our group of 19 to gather and play. The double fridges, dishwashers, and washers/dryers were so helpful! The only downside was that we thought the listing was waterfront because when that filter was selected, it came up as an option. This home is not on the water, and does not have a view of the lake. The lake is about a 10 minute walk...but can be driven in only a couple minutes. We would still choose to stay here again though!

Perfect location

Beautiful, spacious and clean house! There was 14 of us and we had plenty of space. The views from the main room were amazing. The kitchen was well equipped and having two sets of washer and dryer was very handy. It’s about a 45 mins drive to the West entrance of Yellowstone Park. It’s an easy drive and convenient location! We highly recommend this rental.

Family Fun at Island Park

Spacious open floor plan great for our large family gathering of 18, plus more family staying at another condo visiting. Nice large grass backyard was super fun for all kids and youth. Parking area easily accommodated our 4 cars plus friends who came to visit. It was a memory building and fun event for all our family!

Family Yellowstone

Wonderful place for our whole family with nice large areas like the dining room, fire pit, and living room. We were able to hang out together while also having enough room to do our own thing and have our own space when needed. The game room upstairs was a nice touch and the kids loved the old-school arcade games. The area was closed to parks, and water activities but far enough away to avoid the crowds. The property manager was attentive and responded quickly to questions and concerns. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Great Large Group Cabin

We had 3 families stay at this cabin and it could have not been more accommodating! Love the open kitchen and dining area with the table that could fit all of us! Clean and plenty of room everywhere.

Fantastic Property!

Guys trip enroute to a bird hunt and we thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious and spacious house. Great location to grill out, and the kitchen was a fun place to just chill and hangout. The gameroom is incredible and I look forward to returning with my family for a vacation spot to visit Yellowstone. Thanks so much!
