It's a shame you couldn't think of a single good thing to say about this gorgeous and well equipped home, as it is definitely a 5 star property! This is the first communication we've had from you, and we certainly would have sent maintenance to inspect one of the a/c units if you had let us know during your stay. Now that we have this feedback, we've sent someone out and they reported it's working just fine. Must have been operator error. We've had no complaints of a/c issues from any other guests since your departure. Being out in the middle of the woods, the wind blows nature around and there's no way to keep the patio completely clean, though we certainly try our best. We aim for 100% guest satisfaction and are here via telephone 24/7 for emergencies as well!

We did everything we could to get a technician out on a Sunday on a holiday weekend for you. Unfortunately there are things outside of our control.
