This place did not disappoint. It was absolutely wonderful. Clean and well appointed. Very spacious. Pool was very pleasant and never busy. Fishing from the dock was pretty solid as long as you work with the tide. We caught mangrove snapper, jack crevalle, grunts and a barracuda. Even had a shark hooked for a few seconds. Kids loved the kayaks, paddle boards and plethora of sand toys. Great all around family vacation rental.

Sunrise Haven is a beautiful property in which to stay on Islamorada. The unit's furnishings are very comfortable and it is extremely well equipped with essential items and more. The location is great is well--very convenient to some wonderful restaurants and shopping.The owners go above and beyond with communications--both before your arrival and during your stay. The information they provide makes your stay seamless.Views of the pool and water were so beautiful from our unit--the photo does not do it justice. This unit's deck is east facing so incredible sunrises and then in shade for the rest of the day which is great for being outside but not in the sun.I would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Islamorada and would absolutely come back. The owners were incredibly attentive and made themselves available anytime we had a question, which made the whole experience feel very easy and comfortable. You can tell they really care about their guests having a great stay.The condo itself was extremely well stocked with everything we needed, which made it feel more like a home than a typical rental. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up.The property is beautiful- the pool and beach area were both fantastic places to relax and enjoy the water. One of our favorite things was the location. It’s an easy walk to Florida Keys Brewing Company, which was such a fun spot to visit.Overall, this was a great place to stay in the Keys and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Islamorada.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sunrise Haven! The property is stunning - a perfect sunrise view every morning. The unit was beautiful and quite spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay for 4 adults. Jeff met us at check in and went over everything with us and was available for questions throughout the week. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub along with the kayaks provided. The location was great to several restaurants and excursions. Absolutely one of the nicest properties we've stayed at!

The balcony was wonderful and we spent the majority of our time in the pool. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. We only had 1 washed out day and the rest was spent in the wonderful sunshine. Very comfortable stay.

Exceptional in every way

We had the best week staying at this amazing property. The condo was very spacious and immaculate, stocked with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. The pool is impressive and water temp was perfect. The beach, tiki bar and grill were wonderful. Very few people were present during our week. Would love to return!

Beautiful Property

We just returned from our stay and this property is beautiful. Located on the 3rd floor, you have a wonderful view of the pool and ocean. There is ample room and privacy for all the guests with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need to cook as well. The balcony off the main living area is large and beautiful to sit on in the morning and evenings. The pool area is a 10. It is a large pool that was a great temp and very clean. The property is located close to a road that you can walk or run on in the AM as well as walk to breakfast/lunch within a 1/2 mile or so. Communication with the property manager was excellent! I would definitely book again and would recommend to anyone thinking about booking this property.

Vacation in paradise

We absolutely loved Madison 306! The condo was beautiful and well stocked with everything needed for the week. The pool is the nicest we’ve had in the keys and the family also enjoyed catching some fish off the dock. My husband loved getting up early and taking the paddle board out to enjoy the sunrise. The property is perfect for a quiet and relaxing vacation, we will be back again next year!

Our family of 5 along with a dog needed more space than our usual 2 BR 2 Bath condo. We were excited to stay in a 2 floor townhouse where my 26 year old grandson didn’t have to sleep on a pull-out sofa in the living room. This property was perfect for us! Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the Condo. Checking was so very easy and the host was very helpful with suggestions for dining and activities close by. The condo is very well equipped with everything you might need and directions for use. We like to cook and the kitchen had everything making it very easy. Islamorada Treasure!

This amazing condo sits directly on the ocean and has absolutely gorgeous sunrises! The pool is huge and never felt crowded. Chairs all over the place outside to comfortably sit. Loved the hammock and hot tub too! The condo itself is decorated very nice with cute little touches throughout. It is well stocked with all kinds of spices for cooking your catch of the day! It fits 6 people very comfortably. The mattresses were very high quality and super comfy! Steve and Kathy were on the ball with sending emails ahead of time letting us know all the procedures and giving us direction on things to do while there. Their son Jeff was right there for us if we needed anything at all. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to have a fabulous trip with family or friends!

Luxury condo in perfect location with outstanding communication with the owner!

Wonderful week in a beautifully decorated and very comfortable luxury condo. The owner was very communicative from start to finish. His son met us at check in and check out to acquaint us with the property and answer any questions we may have. The unit was stocked with kitchen spices and many other staples that made using the beautiful kitchen easy. We enjoyed grilling at the outdoor kitchen by the pool and beach areas. We enjoyed using the owner's kayaks. We felt like we were at our own beach property--not a rental. Location, location, location!! There are not many areas in the Keys that are this quiet yet walkable to so many wonderful restaurants ands shops! Maison Residences is off of a side road, not on busy US1 Unit 306 is an ideal location within the property. We enjoyed the covered outdoor porch immensely!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The entire process from booking to checking out was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool, watching wildlife from the dock and while kayaking and using the SUP. We had an issue with one kayak and the property manager quickly replaced it - even though we were ok using just one during our stay. The home is well equipped and stocked - anything you could need was there. Only downside was the primary bedroom did not have any type of screen on the lanai door so you could not keep it open while sleeping - and that is the only window/natural airflow option for that room. We would stay again if in the Keys!

Everything we needed for a great Keys vacation

We couldn't have asked for a better first-time trip to the Florida Keys. Sunrise Haven is in an ideal location--with quick access to (good!) restaurants, shopping, supplies, and activities, while also feeling secluded and private with its own small beach, a cove for kayaking and paddleboarding (where we saw sharks, lobsters, rays, and an iguana), and a really nice resort-y pool area. This was one of our favorite VRBO stays. We traveled with our older teenagers (17 and 19) and both the condo and complex were perfect. We observed that families staying with small kids also had a great time. It's very family friendly, and I would feel very comfortable staying there without kids, as well. Sunrise Haven itself is beautiful and comfortable. The owners were kind and helpful; it was nice to meet them in person and know that they were close by. The condo features a fully stocked kitchen (including every utensil and small appliance we could've wished for) that made cooking and grilling at home a pleasure, plenty of beach towels, a huge covered lanai, great views, and really comfortable beds! We really enjoyed the standup paddle boards and would have used the kayaks if we'd had more time--it was such a bonus to have them, as well as water shoes and assorted beach items. I look forward to returning. Thank you!

Amazing!!!!

Such a fabulous place to stay; the condo was great & the local area was fab. Everything had been thought of to make our stay just perfect: from providing sandwich bags, a drawer of spices, kayaks, SUP’s, pool towels, candles and good quality wine glasses! If we wanted it, it magically seemed to be there. The complex is also kept in the best condition: the pool was a perfect temperature, the fire pit at night was lovely and we made good use of the communal BBQs. One of the paddles for the SUP broke and Steve was there the next morning with a replacement. It really couldn’t have been any better.

This was a wonderful stat for us. We head to the Keys a couple times a year. Nice pool, jacuzzi was under construction, but the grounds were nice and the rental was great! Everything you need to cook, spices, blender, toaster, coffee pot etc. well supplied. They had plenty of linens and towels. The bedrooms were nice and for once I can say…. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and so were the pillows! After a busy day it was nice to sleep in a comfy bed like home! They also had a crib, high chair and playpen for our 11 month old granddaughter. Makes traveling so much easier. They have kayaks and paddle boards, some fishing gear, but we didn’t use it. We were out in Marathon with our favorite Guide. Todd with Snag & Drag Sportfishing, although I hear there’s plenty of great guides in Islamorada as well!!! Thanks again for the great hospitality!

Great Place with Everything Needed

The stay at this unit could not have been better. To start, the owner was outstanding during the entire process. From the initial contact prior to booking to the communication leading up to check-in, I could not have expected more. As for the unit itself, the unit has everything you need for a great stay, full stocked kitchen, adequate space for relaxing, wonderful pool and deck area. I defiantly recommend this unit to anyone looking to relax and enjoy a quiet, peaceful atmosphere.
