"We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. "My husband and I stayed here for one night as we were driving down to Split for our primary stay and flew in from Scotland with the only direct flight to Croatia being Zadar. "Sehr moderne Anlage. Abbildung auf der Internet-Seite ist total veraltet. Mittlerweile wurde ein komplett neuer größerer komplex davor gebaut. Sehr nahe an den von uns gebuchten. Keine Privatsphäre da alle Balkone zueinander schauen. Möbel und Auflagen total verschmutzt. Extremer Schimmelbefall an der Decke des Bades."

"Die Kommunikation war etwas holprig am Anfang, aber die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr gepflegt und sauber, Vorort war so ziemlich alles vorhanden was man so braucht und die Vermieterin Mara war super nett und hat uns immer mal Obst aus ihrem Garten gebracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder."
