"This is our second visit to this property. Still amazing as before. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous cliff villa with great sea views. Relaxing massages and great happy hour deals in the mornings. Staff were very friendly helpful. Staff were the key to this hotel. Definitely 5 star. Only negative is the gym. Very dated equipment. Not 5 star standard. Needs a refresh. Would definitely return."

"3度目の宿泊です。部屋は27階、最上階のオーシャンビュー。 今回 のトラブルは部屋に入ってすぐにエアコンが調整できないこと、最終的に 電気技師さんが入って コントローラーを交換し無事に エアコンが調整できるようになりました。 清潔な客室については カーペットのシミが気になりました。 朝食がとても美味しいのがこのホテルの良いところです。宿泊客が多いので ７時頃から食事会場はとても混みます。 ホテルスタッフも覚えていてくれる人が何人かとても嬉しく思いました。 今回お世話になった ツアーデスクの女性にも大変お世話になり 日本旅行に行った彼女とは話が弾みました。"

"The resort is quite large, when booking be aware of where the room is located as there is two towers within the property the one my family stayed in was probably the older tower. The rooms need updating as the flooring appeared to be water damaged and lots grime build up in the bathrooms. Pretty much all the activities for the children need to be paid for and the food/drinks were on the higher end. There is not a lot of shops near by and the mini mart within the resort is expensive.
